i cant see the demo… not load
Just purchased your Ajaxcart for WHMCS and the cart isn’t refreshing when you add a domain or click continue. How do we get official support?

Thanks for purchasing and, sorry about the situation. If I am not wrong – you renamed the Ajax Hosting Cart and renaming doesn’t work with this order form template. Also, This Order Form not yet Support the WHMCS 6.1 version. Also, we officially not support iPlugin (WordPress plugin). So, we cannot assure you that iPlugin will work with our template. I think if I customized the iPlugin and the Order form only for then it might work (not sure). But, Customizing is premium work. Hi, I recently purchased your plugin. But I am having this problem listed here: 1) WHMCS Marketconnect addons are not updating the prices instantly 2) The right side price widgets are not scrolling down after a certain period. And it’s scrolling very slowly 3) When I click to continue button it’s loading continuously until I click the second time. 4) “Already Registered” button isn’t working during the order. 5) On checkout page market connect addon’s “Add to Cart” button isn’t working. 6) “Jump Straign to checkout” button isn’t working until I click the second time.

Thanks for your report. We appreciate your video tutorial and always take our user feedback seriously. Actually, we knew that this product has few bugs with the new version (7.5) of WHMCS.
We were very busy creating our next product (Another WHMCS based Order Form) and our Main Site ( https://ractstudio.com – under development ). The new product is far more advanced and we planed to release it very soon (maybe within 7 days).
BTW, We will update this AjaxCart WHMCS Order Form next month (maybe within Jun 15-20, 2018) with new look & a few extra features. Also, will make sure that it supports all new features of WHMCS version 7.5…

I believe, you don’t know, what you are doing! BTW, You need to first install WHMCS. Our product is an order form template for WHMCS (www.whmcs.com) Billing management software. And you cannot just upload our software files in the site root and start installing. You need to upload it inside whmcs-root/templates/orderforms/. Also, I believe we have a complete documentation about how to install our product and use it. You can find it online here: http://studio.ractbd.com/whmcs-ajaxhosting-cart/. Also, we provide a documentation offline with the product.

Hello, i have a question regarding my page
i simply installed your orderform everything works howevver there is a bug, when i got to the page that is linked via url to add a product it is delayed in ajax to show next option instead it shows the active products available then disappears

Could you fix this bug for me? its not good for the way i am trying to load the page. i want it faster, like when you add quantity of ram its super slow on ajax to add to cart. I really thought it would be plug and play it is for the most part except for this issue. i really appreciate it if you can help me out. thank you so much!
Yes it is plug and play. But, Ajax request speed mostly depends on your end user internet speed and your hosting ( if CDN) server speed. I hope you you understand. Yes, it’s possible that maybe Ajax request speed can be few Milli Second faster but it’s need internal work. So, I am requesting you to wait until we upload new version with fixing this kind of few bugs. Thanks for understanding.

hi, i still do not wish to have a delay in the cart, for example when i use slider it takes a long time to load ajax cart and to go to next step takes a while too

It seems our order form cart doesn’t work with Maxhost WHMCS theme. Because this theme only works with whmcs bridging and right now our order form cart doesn’t support bridging with WordPress.
Note: a few weeks later it will support bridging including this template. We will update our order form and make it compatible with whmcs bridging and various other templates soon. Follow our (@RactStudio) codecanyon or Twitter profile Then we will notify you.

Your Cart plugin seems great, however, we tested it in a normal WHMCS environment and it works 98% of the time. The basket doesn’t always update, but unfortunately, we are also using WHMCS via WHMCS Bridge for WordPress, and the code completely collapses and does not work in WHMCS when used in this way.
Please can you process a refund for the item.
has no support for account credit, it is therefore worthless to me, I want a refund
Hi, @srothery82 Thank you so much for purchasing our product.
Answer: It has full support for account credit. And, Account Credit is automated with WHMCS internal system and nothing to do with our product. When your customer does checkout then if their account has any credit it will be debit automatically. If no credit on their accounts then it will auto proceed to the payment gateway. Also, you need need to enable it from WHMCS General Setting page. I believe you have a problem with settings.

Please see snapshots attached “www.hostnetone.net/temp/credit1.png” show the option to use available credit on checkout this one “www.hostnetone.net/temp/credit2.png” shows a snapshot from your demo page where it does not show the option to use available credit, and when i rand a test on my own site it didn’t use the credit it charged it on the credit card. you missed a few updates to WHMCS where they changed how this works
