Hi, I’ve just purchased this plugin and it’s amazing!

Couple of quick questions/maybe suggestions: is it possible to change the height of the quick chat? I have it set up on this page – https://bridgefibre.co.uk/giga-cambs/

However I have also noticed a white space at the bottom of my site that only appears when its activated with a couple of characters in the bottom left?

Hi, I bought this plugin today and so far most of it looks good :) I have a couple of questions/comments; 1) I use “Automtimize”, and I had to disable “Optimize JavaScript Code” in Autoptimize to make the “Quick Access” icon in bottom right corner work. 2) On mobile, the chat window shows behind my header/menu. This means that users are unable to see the close button (x). Is it possible to do something about this?

On the following page, I have a menu that will appear when scrolling down on mobile. So If I scroll down a bit and then open chatbot, the top will be behind the menu. I’ve tested the plugin with 2 different themes, and experienced the same on both. Is there a way to set it so that it shows in front of everything? :)

Ok well but nothing comment on the bug that has the complement in its scroll even works badly in the same demos … there is a solution because it does not work at least for my project I undo the page and the foot of my site when moving towards down. if you fix it and the scroll works without moving the whole complement I’ll be happy to buy the license

I’m really interested in this system but I’ve seen and proven that it does not work correctly, the chat is fixed but as the talk develops it moves downwards reaching a moment that is lost, the scroll does not work … this is really a unfavorable point because if the talk is extensive practically it is impossible to continue … on the other hand, I want to ask if the first question to the visitor is for example what is your name … There is a way to use that variable (and what would it be) for the next question to start with the name that the person entered and then the question?
