Hello – I have embedded a Google Slides presentation via Google Drive. The google viewer embeds the Google Slides correctly but the full screen button does not work. See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/HbqiJAzMlse

Currently, there is no option in EAD Plugin for editing the download button. But you can customize it yourself by adding CSS in the Theme Customizer.
You can add CSS for styling the download button using the class name
.embed_download a{}

Hi, Trying the free version before buying and it still does not work and gives the following error message -
File not found The URL of the original file is not valid or the document is not publicly accessible. Verify the URL is correct, then contact the document owner.
Is there a way to hide the popout box from the google viewer? My client doesn’t want it to be opened anywhere else other than her site.

Unfortunately, there is no option to hide the pop-out box from the viewer. We do not have the control over any features that comes by default with the viewer.

Hi, I tried the free version to make sure that it’ll work for my needs. However, it wouldn’t work for a PowerPoint of 50mb in file size. If I buy the paid version, will there still be a file size limit or will I be able to use it on my PowerPoint that’s 50mb or higher in size? Thanks!

The viewers can handle files of a limited size only (Maximum 8MB for Google Docs Viewer and 10MB for Microsoft Office Online). Try your best to keep the documents under 5MB for the free version.
If you have a larger file you want to embed in your website, it can be done using the paid version. Try uploading it to your Google Drive or Box.com account and embed directly from there.

Hi, I finally purchased the pro version so that I can use it with larger file size. I was able to attach via Box like you had suggested but now my PowerPoint does not display any sound. Is there a setting I need to do with the PowerPoint so that sounds comes on? And does it not work on mobile?

Usually online document viewers does not support media(audio/video) playback on embedded document. Unfortunately we don’t have any control over the behaviours of the viewers.

Hi. Can you please move button “add ducument” in to toolbar editor? Similar with Dropr – Dropbox Plugin for WordPress. If this can be i would like to purchase both of this plugin. Because if outside of toolbar editor , i don’t know how to display in frontend. I only know when it available in toolbar.
