I tried the demo, works like a breeze, no technical skills required it says. So I buy the chatbot and get all kinds of files of which I have no clue what they are or what to do with them. Please help. PS: Item Support doesn t work

Just install the zip file like any other Wordpress plugin! You can find a lot of tutorials here : https://urbangiraffe.com/articles/how-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin/
It takes 1 minute : go to your admin, “plugins” => “add” then “upload” and choose the zip file. Done

Yes it’s available in French! I’m French so I always translate my plugin in French. If I forgot some translations, just send me an email and I’ll be glad to fix it.

Hey! Oh, weird, I didn’t change anything about that. Can you check your spamfolder + can you try to send an email using this plugin : https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ ? (it’s a mail tester for WP). I just want to be sure the problem comes from my plugin, and not your WP install.

I see errors in console, before update there where no errors. I using wp theme based on bootstrap and i think its can be conflict. Spam is empty

Elle est disponible sur Envato, ou sinon je peux vous l’envoyer par e-mail. La majorité des bugs ont été résolu car j’ai complètement recodé le front-end du plugin et l’utilisation du shortcode.

Got an email that plugin was updated by Envato and have the Envato plugin on my site to be able to update from my Wordpress install…but don’t see an update available. My plugin keeps saying 1.07 no matter if I delete and install with download from Envato. What version is the plugin on? If it is in fact updated beyond 1.07 why won’t it update through the Envato plugin?

Hi StephanePtn, I really like your chatbot plugin and in fact eager to purchase it and add it to my wordpress website. However, I have a pre-purchase question that I really like you to address.
On creating a question, there is a feature to add <!--more--> tag that splits a message into several messages what happen in the trials and demos is that it splits the message into multiple messages but it send all parts instantly to the user like showing 10 messages at a blink of an eye.
I have checked on the settings and configuration that the plugin dashboard offers but I couldn’t find a thing that could add delays in displaying the parts of the message.
What I was aiming to achieve is that, say for example, a question with 7 <!--more--> tags, that will be 1 question divided into seven messages and would like part 2 to show 2 seconds after part 1, part 3 to show 2 seconds after part 2 and so on.
Can that be possible and is there something we can do like a workaround to achieve this kind of feature?

Thanks a lot for your message! You are totally right, this is not a normal behaviour, it’s a bug that I’m fixing right now.
I guess I’ll be able to fix it today, and release a new version on Monday or Tuesday (with other improvements).

Hi Stephane, how is the bot accessed? Is it similar to drift in that there is an icon in the bottom right of the page and once that is clicked the message box will appear to engage the bot?

The “bottom right” feature doesn’t exist yet, but I’m working on it today! I really hope I’ll be able to release it this week, be sure I’m doing my best because it’s a major feature.

Hi I will buy your bot, however i have some questions. is it possible to give more as 2 answer choices from the bot? How long, how deep can i build conversations (endless?), is it based on if when and i select where the bot goes for the next question or answer? Can more as one bot be active? I have a special project i like to use your bot for and that differs from your general use here, it is unique so it would be nice to know if you are interested in supporting me in my special idea I have.
