Sorry to have started a mass of saas requests. I am sure there were some that came to the conclusion without seeing my comment though. 1 month in and this is still working well. Wanted to add that in addition to the other “feature request” it would be nice to have a quick select on the Server / Manager page to jump between servers instead of having to back out to the list. Same for Websites and Checks. Could be a simple drop down or select.
Just trying to compare and contrast to what we have with our current solution and this was one that my support guy mentioned as it helps him be more efficient.

Because Twilio was requested by so many people it will be added in the next version, some customization will be availble for alert text for emails or other form of alerting but currently I do not have more info on this.

Signup module will be available in the SaaS version, a new version will be released very soon to resolve the reported bugs.

HI, will i get complete source code? As i want to change a bit like i want different users login to system and they see only their services or websites what ever they have added not all. Separate login for admin to monitor ver all. Add payment gateway options and SMS features

Really liking this app and it is worth the effort. Have some things I think would help improve it in the future. I am only posting these because I love the app and the potential.
Some future thoughts….
Must Have…
Maintenance Mode – Needs the ability to have a maintenance mode at both the global level as well as device level. I took one of my monitored servers offline and found no way to do it. Luckily since i am just testing it, no big deal. However if I want to take it live, that won’t make the techs happy.
Would be nice…
Reports – Ability to show global and group status over week, month, year.
Group Stats on Dashboard – Similar to how you have the info blocks for Server, Websites, Checks. Have one for each Group.
Make Dashboard Blocks Optional – Allow us to show/hide which info blocks are on the front.
Status Page Incidents/Announcements – Allow admins to enter scheduled maintenance dates and times so that they show up on the status page. Also allow for entering Past Incidents. A good example would be https://status.recurly.com/
Bug… The “Websites” monitoring seems to be very hit and miss. Lots of false positives. Even though the site are up, it says it is down and back up constantly. Don’t have the problem with “Checks”.

Hi, finally a awesome monitoring tool, it looks great and i cant wait to try it. Would rather get the saas version tho.
One question, when i add a contact, can each contact login? What i want to do is add multiple websites and give the website a user who is notifyed when the website is down. i am currently doing this with a popular opensource software. But i would like to switch, as this system just looks awesome in terms of design and functionalety. But i need to inform a saperate user for each website. so is this possible?

Oh, nevermind, i just saw, that you can set who should get alertet for each service and that you also can set what the user can do after logging in. Would be even better if the user could only view his own entrys.

I still have the problem, that i get no notifications at all 
would be great if there was a test button to check if the sms / email-settings are correct. But even if i had several reported incidents no email or sms was send (as stated by the message log)
Also the Ram values shown on the public status page for servers differs a lot from the values in the backend and values shown directly by the server… the total and free values are ok, but the used values seem way to high

Have to say this is impressive! Probably one of the better items I have seen on CC. Had a little trouble at first with the install.sh and agent,sh. However I grabbed updated ones from Github and that took care of that. There are a few minor nits here and there, but considering how young this is, I am very impressed. I have it testing right now and hope to permanently replace the service I am using soon.
