Database is on Dialogflow.com. Just signup there and you should be able to tweak the answers via their admin panel which in return store in their detabases. A detailed instruction is available to setup the chatbot as part of the code base after purchasing this item.

Sorry, at this point in time, Dialogflow does not support Arabic for processing the input text – https://dialogflow.com/docs/reference/language.

But I think you can still control the responses. You can add Intents in your Dialog flow agent that can produce responses in other languages.

For eg: I have added a new Intent for my demo app to respond in Arabic language and it did work. Try asking the bot ‘Can you speak Arabic language?’ and the bot will respond in Arabic text something like shown in screenshot – https://goo.gl/78jbqP
