Some examples: display some sort of coupon code to them, or custom html, or contact winners by email.
if the winner is a registered user, like in a membership plan… will they be able to see their winning on their own dashboard… and request to claim it. For instance lets say they can spin and win $1, $5 , and so on…

No, plugin isnt aware of registered users, plans, dashboards etc. It allows any user who has access to website to play, spin the wheel and then display correct win message.
is there anyway to put an html message in the winning message… that will redirect winners to another page to claim their prizes…. and does it also allow setting probabilities for winning?
1. You can put html link into win message, but you need to write html manually.
2. Winnings are random, you can set MAX available wins for each slice and INFINITE property. For infinite slices you can also enable “Infinite slices are more likely to win”. If you don’t want to give prizes immediately you set max avalable wins for specific slice to 0 and change it later. I think this is the best system for setting odds.

The first time somebody plays he/she should be required to verify ownership of his/her email address by double opt-in. This avoids spam and fake emails and solves at the same time the issue of not having explicit permission to send follow up email campaigns.

Mailchimp is first because it has biggest market share, everything else we’ll see.. Can’t say for timeframe because I’m currently on another project..

Thanks for compliments. Yes you can create unlimited Wheels within same WordPress website.
There are checks to prevent misspellings of email addresses, but currently plugin doesn’t send out mails, all win messages are displayed on site after spin. Mailing functionality is possible upgrade in future.

I put in a false email and could spin. I just wondered why anyone would give you a genuine email if there was no way of sending the prize to their email they just entered??
That functionality would be essential!!
I think most people would put in real email if they find some value in a promotion.. If someone is only after prizes and doesn’t care subscribing, they can quickly create multiple new mailboxes anyway and spin with those. That’s why we have other mechanism integrated in plugin (recaptcha, ip checking etc), to prevent this kind of behavior or make it very difficult to play.
I agree that mailing feature would be nice to have (some other people requested it too), and will look into it to make an update..
Pre sale question: Can it be individualized for each company? for example I have a list of 10 different companies (or ‘10 different single post) and each one needs to configure the custom wheel

If cpt supports shortcodes you can include wheel in it no problem

1: Does the wheel pop up after a certain amount of time (that can be set) or is it a short code that needs to be inserted?
2: Can you integrate it with a 3rd party mail service such as Klaviyo or do the gathered emails have to be added manually to an email list?
If the answer is no for any of the questions, is it a planned future update by any chance?

We are currently developing separate, more streamlined version of this plugin (but strictly for coupon distribution) and will have popup/mailchimp out-of-the-box. After that we’ll see what sells better/what features users want, and we’ll update both products appropriately

how to reset the spinwheel manually? I’ve done some testing before using it, but the log contains a lot test data and I have set a limit on winning some prizes so I can’t use that anymore. I need to reset it to go live with it.

Currently theres no way to reset inside settings.
If you have only 1 wheel you can just empty (empty, not delete) the whole wheel_run_log table via phpmyadmin or similar tool.

Currently there are no plans for double opt-in as this is visitor engagement plugin, not mail managing tool. Integration with 3rd party mail services would be more suitable.

All files are inside your downloaded zip, there is “documentation” directory where you open index.html
I see now that I forgot to add installable plugin zip inside, this will be fixed in next update. BUT you can still install plugin by copying winwheel4wp directory to your wordpress installation inside /wp-contents/plugins/

If I understand what you said, you didn’t upload correct file, you need to upload winwheel4wp.zip or copy winwheel4wp directory to /wp-content/plugins

If you have more questions beyond what is in documentation, you can ask no problem, but please use english

There are two ways if you want data in Excel.
a) Open Excel, new blank sheet, click Data tab, then Get external data from text and import CSV
b) Open Wheel Run Log, load all entries, save webpage to disk. Open downloaded html file in Excel
Then you can select cells you want, copy, paste, sort, apply filters, etc..

Phone checking code is in winwheel4wp.php .. If didn’t modify core php files to do translations, all settings are in database and you can safely upgrade to latest version

You need to set phone length to 0, to disable length checking..
If I leave 0 the length does not let me save, but if I leave it empty if I take it and it works very well! 
Version 2.0.2+ should accept 0 (tested on Chrome/Firefox), unless you maybe didn’t upgrade all files to latest version..
Hello again, everything is working wonders! I would need another change, if it is possible and if it is within the price. Add another text field so that the CITY is added and that the only restriction you have is that it is not empty. That can be enabled and disabled.

Yes. Just switch the generated shortcodes so it displays form first:
(winwheel4wp_form id=”..”)(winwheel4wp_wheel id=”..”)
However win message will still be at the bottom of wheel..
can we put the spin button at the top?
You can put whole form anywhere with shortcode, but if you want to re-order form elements, like spin button at top and email box below you’d need to edit plugin templates..

Current display options are via shortcode on a page/post. No mailchimp integration at the moment.
1. the “spin the wheel” button does not show as a button (that black one) but as a hyperlink that looks invisible. I can send you screenshot if you want
2. when I set the size of the wheel at anything bigger than 100 (settings allow 24 tot 200), nothing happens. I think there is a bug here. It just stop at 100 size. I’m trying to make a bigger one that can cover the entire height of the screen just like the shopify one can do in a popup.
