Hello, we tried to investigate your issue, but you didn’t provide ftp or server access details so that made things harder. We found out that there is a conflict with enfold theme, because once we deactivate enfold theme plugins page start working again. We contacted enfold developer regarding this, waiting for his response.
Please respond to the ticket and provide all required details so we could access WordPress and server logs to investigate issue further. We need ftp details to turn on logging and cpanel details to access server logging files. If you have no cpanel please let us know in the ticket the location where server logs are located so we could investigate them.

The problem is not you provided something or not. I probably used wrong words. Sorry for this. The exact problem is that your ftp user name doesn’t work. We get access denied message when trying to connect to your ftp service. Sorry for confusion.
We emailed you with request to update your ftp access credentials. Please do so if this problem still relevant. We will also need access to server logs, cpanel or other server panel would be required. FTP is not enough in this case.
We used your WordPress login to investigate this issue, but there is some server limitations which limits WordPress access to your files. So we can’t turn on/off debug/logging mode without access to ftp.
Your server gives 500 server error we need server log access for this to check.

After install “Addons Pack for UserPro” I don’t have the plugin menu for doing anything on the left. I also buy WooCommerce integration for UserPro and it cannot activate also.

It is very poor respond from support.
I could not wait any longer, so I have purchased the bundle, but now I got a blank page. I believe this happened due to conflict between the bundle and the Private messaging addon.
