I have order module, but after install all of my videoreviews from youtube was lost. If we turn off this module – then all work perfect! I have find at bugzilla – your module add style=”height: 0px;” at youtube frame code: <iframe style=”height: 0px;” src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/EqvIVMP2yTM” frameborder=”0” allow=”autoplay; encrypted-media” allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen”></iframe>

well, the module includes a javascript function that resizes videos in order to fit in all screens!
In your case, that function needs a little fine-tuning in order to fit in exactly into your theme!
Please, send me your shop’s credentials (ftp and admin) and I will fix it for you!

Custom tabs are created globally and can be optionally assigned with a default global content!
Then for each product you can assign custom content!

Well, you set and you configure your tabs globally.. You can also add default content to the tabs, so that it appears for all products! You can also choose a tab to appear on specific product categories / manufacturers!
Off course, you can edit the tab for each product specifically, but only if you need to!

I followed the tutorial you put in the module to modify the files “Real Tabs for Prestashop 1.6 with Custom Product Tabs” but my my file is different. I use a leotheme theme

Presale question here: does the module create its own database tables to save the data of each tab or is it integrated in the database structure of Prestashop somehow?
I’m looking into a module that will later allow me to populate each products’ tabs easily via a custom made import module.

Yes, the module creates its own database tables in order to save the data for each tab! With a custom made import script, you could easily populate the tabs for each product! At the moment though, the module itself does not include import functionality!

Well, in the demo you can see Prestahop with the default theme! Also, all Inno-mods modules are installed! You can check them out one by one through Inno-mods portfolio!
Custom product tabs is used to add the additional tabs in the product page! You can also check the screenshots to see the module’s features!

Hi I bought your module about 8 months ago its great worked like a charm!
But I only just noticed that it does not work 100%
If there is long description for a product then all the custom tabs display correctly.
If the long descriptiong (more info under product image) is empty than the customs tabs will show but the content does not show. Until you click on another tab then it will appear.

well, generally in a tabbed layout, the first tab is displayed by default and the other ones are displayed when their title is clicked!
In your case, the issue is that you do not always have content in your first tab!

Well, I will disappoint you but when you copy a product, then the custom tabs will not be copied!
On the other hand, you can set a default content for a tab, and you can assign this tab to a specific manufacturer(s) and a specific product category(ies)! This way, the content will appear by default for the selected manufacturer(s) and category(ies).

well, by default Prestashop does not show the tabs in the quick view window! As a result, neither the module does!
You could edit the module in order to achieve this, but it depends on your development skills!

You can check out the backend through the screenshots! Access to the backend is not available at the moment!
In the past the admin area was available for testing but some users were messing up with it, so at the moment only access to the frontend is allowed!

Well, the module is compatible with the standard Prestashop comments module. You will be able to see the comments in a separate tab!
Some minor html changes are needed, if you choose to have the “real tabs” display!

At the moment I am looking at you shop! Tabs seem to display correctly! I see that you still use “More Info” Tab!
Will you keep the “More Info” tab? Should I do something regarding this or not?
To change the style of the tabs you need to locate the classes “nav” and “nav-tabs” into your global.css!

Module looks great! The only issue i’m coming across is that when I leave the default tab configuration (horizontal like 1.6.x) the original tabs (information and downloads) do not display as horizontal and are missing tab titles. I am using a theme (Pjada) that had vertical tabs as default for products. Is there a way to disable the original two product tabs?
I removed any “download” content on the download tab so it doesn’t display but the “information” tab displays content but no header.
