Hi ! 3 questions before purchase this plugin :
- In the demo i don’t see where i can change the text “Choose your answer” . Is there any way to change it ? - Is there a solution to hide the horizontal and vertical scroll bar, actually it’s not very elegant ? - Can i embed the chatbot in a modal ?

hi, if a user answers a questions asking for their name can a later question call them by that name? thanks
Does anything on this work properly or was this released too early. I am having issues with everything, cannot create a custom skin, it doesnt see the folder. Cannot hide the sidebar. the chatbox goes way out of the page grid. when entering a response there is a few seconds delay before it displays. Can someone please get back to me about these issues.

Hi, is there any update on this?
Can’t add a custom skin. I have tried to reproduce the steps to create a skin as it is described in the Visual Customisation section but the new skin doesn’t show up. According to description is the operation so simple that I can’t see what goes wrong here. Has the custom skin approach been tested with WP 4.8.2? Can you please provide basic default skin which we can drop directly to the root of any theme or sub theme?
I have checked the WPChatBot_bot::availableSkins() method and I see that the loop is harvesting only the themes from WPCHATBOT_PLUGIN_PATH. Shouldn’t the WPChatBot_bot::availableSkins() also returning the content of {template-directory}/wpchatbox-skins ?
Adding the bellow code snippet to WPChatBot_bot::availableSkins() does populate the Visual Customisation section with custom skins located in the template folder.

Hello! I see you say the bot is RESPONSIVE, but when I have it on a small window the options are below the fold. Is it possible to make the user options for input adjust according to the user window so it’s always visible without having to scroll? Specially for the beginning of the conversation I find that it is important to have the options higher up to avoid confusing the user.

You can embed chatbot on other website than your WP site, with an iframe. It works fine, and yes, it can be responsive if your website is responsive :
<iframe src="https://www.yoursite.com/your-chatbot" style="width:100%;"></iframe>
You can build a chatbot using the demo chatbot website (http://www.wpchatbot.io/demo/public/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpchatbot_bot ) then integrate your demochatbot into your website using the code I sent you (replace the URL with the URL of the demo chatbot).
Can a widget be added to the lower right hand corner so that the user needs to click it to open the chat?

Hummm, if you want to put the bot to an existing page, you must use an iframe. But other plugins should access the iframe content if everything goes right. Can you send me a ticket at support@institut-pandore.com to explain the problem please ? (with URLs).
