Can you simply explain how to avoid the blank screen as it seems to be a recurrent problem for everyone. No need to request your customers to open support tickets or go to Skype. There is no secret here. The installation instructions are scanty.
Hello You’re right. If you got blank screen, you can check your PHP version. If it is less than 5.5 you will get the blank screen.
Simple solution is, update your PHP Version to 5.6 .
If you encounter internal server errors after installation, just open FTP and check the htaccess file.

I’m running plesk and after going to your contact page I was asked for info so I sent my ftp details. I can’t give access to my dashboard since all my sites are there. You didn’t give ticket number. You know very well who I am. I’ve emailed with you a bunch of times and you or your team are not helping. Your installation instructions do not have proper setup. You set it up and when I ran install it gives an error now you are blaming php admin. If instructions were setup properly then we wouldn’t need all this. Please help to get this working or please refund me my money.

The installation is very simple, as soon as you place the files in the root folder and run the site url, it will take you to installation wizard where you can keep DB details. If you feel it is difficult, You can add me on Skype @ digital.vidhya , I’ll show you how to install via TeamViewer.

Hi Search is not working after update also…Suppose if i will search “Motto” then it should show only Motto, but it is showing list of all the product. Also you said login with Facebook and google is working, but i did not find the option to enable it. Now as per your promise either you fix it or return my money back.
