can you add a option for customer articel and staff articel for only admins or something. so we can write internal articles for ourselves and external articles for our customers.
Hello guys, at the Aricles Editor is a CDN Error! This CDN for TinyMCE is no longer availble.
How i can fix it?
You need to obtain the API Key from TinyMCE And need to update the CDN import to that one.

1) Are you providing video, image, video link etc with articles? 2) Your global search is allowed to like an auto search? 3) Are you providing a feature to add tags with articles? 4) Are you providing multiple categories with a single article?
Hello, I have reset the demo. And the coming update we are planning to allow HTML on articles. and other mentioned features are not available. Can you please explain the working of tags?

I found seems your search is not working for some articles name, for example, open http://devzstudio.com/demo/KnowBase/ URL -> search software word -> result is not related to software word

Found one another issue user(same Ip/same browser/same tab) can multiple time click on Was this article helpful? Yes/No and from admin side it display increased count too.

login in to admin, KnowBase – Knowledgebase System are not working, i need you to fix the problem
Responded to the ticket.
Having some trouble with the installation. I uploaded all files to server and importante de mysql file to mysql and edited the env file. The page load fine and all but when i click on login or try to do a search i just get the “error 404 page not found” What am i missing?
FYI: I’m using php7 on debian 9 if that’s relevant

it was a database issue. Solved now.

Is this multiuser.. that is can i create multiple admins… and each admin will have its own help materials with maybe the use of a subdomain like something like freshdesk?
Admin can add more staff. And they can add articles. These articles will be shown in the index.

This software can be used to manage your knowledgebase. You can create categories and make articles. Your users can easily read these articles and clarify their doubts. You can add more staff users from the admin panel, the staff users can create articles.
