Hi, you cannot open accounts, but modification is very much possible. However, you can set different emails for different documents. The system is live and working…we just checked again!

I have a question, what if a user has 250 documents that will expire the same day, will the system group those into a single email, or will it send 250 emails to the same user?, please let me know,

Hi, firstly, sorry for the late reply. This is a highly unlikely scenario (still plausible though :-)) We didn’t take it into account…so the system will send out individual notification emails to associated email ID. Bare in mind that you can set different emails for different documents.

what are the admin functions?
Admin can upload documents, set expiry date, set different emails for notification. They can also set custom alarm dates. If custom alam is not set, notification will still be sent one month/15days/1week/1day before expiry. thanks

You can’t create document within the app. You just save your document. Please check the demo
