How can I get my money back?. You say there is a 30-day money back guarantee. It’s impossible to aply this script with the documentation you give and with a very good knowledge of JS
Hi, I bought your plugin, the documentation is very limited. Yes there are few examples. I want to ask: 1. If I wanted to support legacy browser, how to include addEventListener and querySelector polyfill? only mentioned on the documentation but there is no sample how to do. 2. The createItem. There are 4 parameters. What is item, index, startIndex and endIndex? is index referring to global data index which visible on view or? how about startIndex? would be glad too see sample that make use of those all properties combines with buffer property for prerender. Thanks
Not much of an example or preview. Would need to see a much better demo before even considering this.
There are many demos inside the package.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You can buy with confidence.
Hi, I bought your plugin but the package does not contain any documentation. Could you please tell me how to get this documentation ? Thanks
It has documentation. It’s in the docs folder. Open index.html file using your web browser (preferably in Google Chrome)
It appears you provide no support for this item. That’s too bad. Would you like to reconsider before I give this a 1-star rating and leave some non-flattering feedback?
You’re tool looks very interesting and I had a few questions before making a purchase.
I’m guessing there’s a templating system for what data gets stored in the array based on your demo on your site and for the music player? It seems I can add as much data or as little data as I need and then dictate how that data is painted in the DOM. Is that correct?
Is it possible to see the documentation to see what hooks are available for Methods, Events, and Options?
Luizgamabh’s question about height…playing with the browser inspector and your demo, I was able to have varying heights dependent on how much text I put in and removed the height attribute from the CSS. Does your plugin measure the container to calculate padding after removal from the DOM? OR is that a set option upon Init of the plugin?
Any insight you can give would be great. I’m in a bit of a pickle and I’m hoping this tool will save me some time.
Hello. I bought your script. Congrats. It’s very useful. It would be great if lines could have different heights (like Google Fonts), because in most cases we can’t guarantee same height for all lines.
Thank you. We understand that adding custom heights for each item is a good idea, but it could decrease the performance. Thank you for the feedback.
Side Note: The new SPlayer uses VScroll.js for music with support for dynamic changes. Check it out.
Oh, I see. Its a useful app! Congratulations again. Your scripts have great quality. But SPlayer does not have use for my cases for now, when I need something related to musics I will buy it, certainly, so it would be wise if you add this feature inside vScroll, maybe as an option: { dynamicHeight: true }, or something like that. Thanks.
Thank you for your feedback.
...and??? nothing??? You are always recommending SPlayer, but we don’t want to buy another product to add a single feature to VScroll or to see a demo like the comment of @modxzero. Your product has potential to be good, but the support is bad, sorry.
Hello,
We told you to check SPlayer because it has an advanced VScroll demo. VScroll is the same. It doesn’t support dynamic height.
It’s okay don’t buy another product we have no problem. But we do have a problem when you rate us one star because we have refused to add a feature. You can’t do that.
Item support includes: Availability of the author to answer questions Answering technical questions about item’s features Assistance with reported bugs and issues Help with included 3rd party assets
However, item support does not include: Customization services Installation services
Imagine someone asking for horizontal scroll support in VScroll and then when he doesn’t get it, he rate us bad. Does that seem fair to you? It doesn’t. Not even a little bit.
My rating was for the support. You told: “Side Note: The new SPlayer uses VScroll.js for music with support for dynamic changes. Check it out.”, then I understood that the VScroll used in SPlayer has this feature and I did not think it fair to have to buy another product to add a feature to the current one, this is why I suggested to merge that version (from SPlayer) here, but ok, if now you’re saying that VScroll used within SPlayer does not work with dynamic heights, I am confused, but it was a misunderstanding. So I will change my rate, but I in my opinion you must inform your custormers about this limitation before they buy it.
Complementing, I agree with you, but really, due to misunderstanding, I was feeling cheated, in the sense of having to buy another product. You see? That being the case, I apologize and change my rate.
Thank you, we appreciate the feedback.
Dream on and achieve on. DigitalCenturySF
