Hi there, Dabontv is right. I have experienced exactly the same error from time to time. I’ve also managed to give you a screenshot here: http://www.picupup.com/uploads/no-auth/104/nk45o4eogbp5tmep.png As you can see, after the ball enters the up arrow door, the ball disappears while the game still goes on and on and you get a score which can be as high as 17200 pts. Please fix that bug for this good game.

Tested many round and didn’t face any issue you have, did you change any settings for the game play?
If you still having the problem, can you list down what device and at what score the problem occur?
