Hello, I have a working installation of the HTML5 File Upload. I recently upgraded to php7.1
Everything works perfect in a desktop browser. But if I upload from the camera or an existing photo on an iPhone it will not work. In looking at the return it just says Error.
I can successfully upload the same image from the phone if I use a desktop.
Any ideas?

Hi, I just purchased and thought it was a “plugin” but am unable to use it. I am not a programmer and there are no instructions. I don’t know what all the files are or what to do with them. For, “HTML5 File Upload”, I would like to allow only ”.schematic” extensions to be uploaded, and would like the uploaded files to go to a specific folder on my linux box (all uploads). Is that possible with this script?
you can add support for all extensions, can be done in the PHP file.

Using form + multiple upload: 1- I want to insert the form data into a table in the database. 2 – insert the name of each image into records in another table in the database, for example image1.jpg -> insert INTO table_name, image2.jpg -> insert INTO table_name. Maybe using “for each” in the array of images? 3- and of course save the images in some folder.

the html5fileupload plugin is not compatible with the latest jquery version. An exeption occur when selecting a file.

yes it does a little, but it is possible to change / add a less compress engine to your code.
With forms, after you upload a file that is too large (or the improper file type such as an EXE) the error is shown to prevent the upload. However, if you click the submit button the upload begins – even if you have the submit button marked as: required=”required”. How can this be corrected. This can potentially lead to someone uploading an extremely large file or a program that can be executed. This is the case with the preview here.

Hi, yes i think it can be done if you change the PHP script which would store the item to change it to mail the item as attachment
