Hi.
I purchased this plugin. It doesn’t appear to work on WordPress multisite.
It works on the root domain address.
But for any site with a sub domain addresses, when I create a Instance, it says “Data Saved!”, but nothing appears. Same with the player.
Do you know how to get this to work?
Also, if this could be resolved, is it possible to export, and important instances to not have to manually add links.

2. Go to sub-site and activate the plugin for that website

hi, i have two issues with this plugin. (1) it is not responsive and (2) it cannot be deleted from my WordPress back-end.

2. Maybe your database user-name doesn’t have the right/permission to delete database tables, You can manually delete the plugin using a FTP account and delete this folder: ‘wp-content\plugins\top_bar_promoter\’

hi, i have to respectfully disagree. This plugin is NOT RESPONSIVE sir. I would also ask anyone to give me a second opinion. You need a responsive solution.
you can even try making your webpage smaller see what happens as well. many parts of the top bar dont show: Your Logo, social media buttons, X (hide/Show). These do not show on mobile or if you shrink the web page. in most cases half of drop down selector bar don’t show on mobile devices.
also why cant this plugin be deleted like all normal plugins. Kindly fix the bugs instead of defending this.

Since on smaller devices there’s not enough space some elements are hidden.

Hii, I recently purchase your XPromoter plugin and im encountering two problems. Frstly, bottom half of the selector text is not visible (only the top half of letters are showing). im unable to fix this issue. Secondly, items post scrool bar is way to the right and im unable to make any adjustment. Finally, i can email you image (screen shots) if you desire. It’s this file ‘wp-content\plugins\top_bar_promoter\topbar_promoter\js\topBarPromoter.js’ but is minified.

So it has no connection with iframe, it will be just a div in your website.
