i am unable to find anywhere pdf single page mode.. i try everything there is not properly elaborate in documentation can you please guide us. apart from this everything work perfect. i need single page mode but not able to do. i am using default configuration that is provided in documentation.

Does this have the ability to reset the url. For example I noticed that it will add the page number to the url. When you close and reopen a book it starts from that page.

Wowbook is able to start rendering the PDF before loading the entire file. But it will eventually load the entire file.
Also, i never tested with a 100mb pdf file so i don’t know if this will have a impact on performance.

You can find the documentation in the directory “documentation” inside the zip file you downloaded from codecanyon. Open the file “index.html” with any browser.
Look at the sections “How to use” and “PDF support”. And in the directory “examples” there’s a example using pdf file, you can use it as starting point.

Can you make an php backend where i can upload pdf and then it gives a link that i can use on different pages I will use multiple pdf and will then use the url this way it will become a standalone for php sites . so upload pdf from the backend, it generates the link , admin uses the link in any html page .user clicks the link and sees the pdf in Wowbook.

1- No, i’m not available for freelance work. And before you hire someone else to implement what you need i strongly advise you to check if the project meet the requirements of the Regular License. Better safe than sorry.
2- I never tested it, but i believe it should work, as long as the webserver is serving the pdf file.
3- To be honest i have no idea. For wowbook with pdf files, i believe it does not.
4- Wowbook is a javascript jQuery plugin that runs in the browser. You pass a div that will be used as a source for the book.

1- Wowbook is not sold under the extended license, so there’s no possibility of upgrade.
2- To open a local pdf file you need to serve the file using a local webserver or configure the browser to allow ajax requests to access local files(usually this can be done by starting the browser with a parameter in the command line)

Hi, this looks like an awesome plugin. The only one I could find with selectable text.
Just one question before I buy. My files are huge, probably between 10 and 70mb each.
Would this work with such huge files? I read you have lazy load, but how does that work with such huge files and searchable text?
To be honest, i can’t tell for sure. I never tested with a 70mb pdf file.
Another info that might be useful:
Wowbook uses the library PDFjs to render pdf files, and most of the pdf related stuff is in control of the PDFjs.
About lazy loading, Wowbook will only render the pdf pages as needed, but PDFjs will download the whole file.
PDFjs can start rendering the pdf pages before load the whole file, ie the user don’t have to wait the whole file to be downloaded before seeing a page rendered on the screen.
In order to search the whole pdf file, the browser have to download the whole file.

I am using Wow book viewer in a Iframe inside a web page. when I connect using VPN, the web page opens. but the wow book flip is not opening in iframe. But if I connect via wifi in the company LAN, then the wow flip works. How this can be fixed.

Hi, I have found that when completing the contents in the html for a pdf book, when i specify the page numbers each chapter/section fall on, the link that is generated is one page on, so clicking page 30, takes the user to 31, which isnt a problem on desktop as they are viewing two pages, but on mobile, they have just one page, and the link takes them one page too far. Do you know how i can fix this? Thanks Rich
