1- Yes, you need to have a MySQL database so you can install script.
2- Regarding membership, if you mean user registration then use you can disable it. if you mean the paid membership plans, then yes you can disable it also from the admin settings.
3- No, links are kept and will not be deleted.

Hello, I loved this script but have some questions:
1. Banner & Interstitial Campaign are in iframe or out of iframe so that I can add AdSense ad banner as my campaign safely,
2. Can I delete/suspect inactive user/campaign ?
3. Can I display banner contextually ? I mean if url is related to hosting can I show hosting related campaign or they will automatically/randomly get displayed ?

1- Only Interstitial are displayed within iframe.
2- You can pause campaigns and for users, you can change their status to “Inactive”.
3- Currently, It will be displayed randomly but soon we will add more enhancements to this.

Of course while working with it a few issues will be found,not only by me 
One of those: I found that there are a few new users what have still “pending” user status. For that a checkbox in user list would be nice and a button like “resend confirmation email” or something like that.
