Hello I am interested in purchasing your product. I have two (2) questions before I buy:

1. Can I add an address field in contacts and use it has a variable in API? 2. Can a custom Sender ID (eg. CompanyX), be used instead of a phone # when sending SMS? I didn’t see a field for that.

The code is open to you. So you can customize whatever you want. But you have to do it by yourself because we do not do any custom work :(

1. Each user will use his/her own sms/email gateways. So sender identification is different for all.

2/3: Nope. You got it wrong. It is not desinged to be used as reseller tools. Please first read item description page carefully “It’s a multi-user SaaS application and designed in a way so that each user can have independent environment. Users will have their own SMS/Email gateways and will manage their own SMS/Email as well as bills .” As admin you can receive monthly payment for using the service.

It’s responsive. 2way messaging is not available so no inbox. No voice message.

Templates are available. Campaign Progress is available.

No ‘Automatic Number Formatting’ as each gateway are different. No ‘Dynamic Message Routing’.

You will find dashboard with statistics.

No ‘Blacklist’/ ‘Marketing Lists’ / ‘List Opt-out/Opt-out Keyword’ / ‘Help Keywords’, ‘Client Portal’ ,’Backup’ , ‘Auto Update’

You can only add first name and last name dinamically.

Sms is going 48 times on same number after using twilio api for sms…there is problem in sms logic..please this issue..i send you sms report..i have found that more than 48 or 56 times sms is going to same number..i also contact to twilio API provide he said me there is logic issue in sms that why sms is going many times of same number..please fix issue..i have already sms report on your email through amitkumar296@gmail.com..

Hello sir , i sent you a email regarding html editor isuue. can you kidnly check it ?

i know its not a bug BUT i think CKE editor making the problem. it changes the original html code to a different one. i hope its better if you update the editor to another one.

caz when we adding templatest its showing fine. but when we goign to send emil and select the template. it opens via CKE editor which changes the code and also removing many things. I tested this many time. KIndly check you will understand

CK editor is the best available editor , every editor change code little bit. You may have to modify the html a bit before sending mail, I guess :(

can I send bulk sms with Twilio gateway and your script ?

Native API is another things. It’s for developer only. If any want to integreate some feature of this application with another application. It’s not any mandatory things.

It’s not bug to fix, we though only name is enough. I afraid you can not, you have to change database, form and form processing code too.

yes, admin can set monthly fee for using the service :)

is Hostgator Cloud server works for your script?

We guess so. Just make sure your server has cURL enabled, apache mod_rewrite enabled, open_base_dir have no value, allow_open_url enabled.

It’s not bug. It means it failed to process ! Please check your email settings. If you are using smtp , make sure you are using native email of same domain.

I am using native SMTP with my domain, i was use secure port process SSL-TLS with port 465, now i change i use unsecure process port 25, i see mail on Email History after send , but no receive mail… i have test with Gmail and Hotmail , but nothing , i also check Spam box of both but nothing … Can you help me :/

Hello you! How can I know all email has sent successfully? Your script doesn’t have report about it. I think you should additional some functions in your script, for example: 1. How much email that is opened? 2. How much email that is deleted? 3. How much rate of email that is Bounced? 4. How much email that is Sendign errors?

I have added SMTP email API. When sending email, system warn is “Requested has been submitted for Processing view Email history. I click on View Email History. I did not see anything in the history. Please help me.

I have added Twilio API Key and send SMS. I see the message “Requested has been submitted for Processing view SMS history. I click on View SMS History. I did not see anything in the sms history. When I check in receiver mobile, I do not receive any message. I have tried many times. I have setup the Twilio API Key properly.

Here you have to add your functions : application/libraries/sms_manager.php and you have to add your gateway to database sms_api_config table [add enum value in gateway_name field]
