Yes, you’ll need to add only below code into custom css area:

You can set images under dots tooltips. If you would like to replace dots with images, then you’ll need to make some custom code changes.

Question: Is it possible to place the content navigator within the content of a page (say, via a shortcode) and then have it “stick” to the top of the window/screen for the visitor once they scroll below it? Or, must it always be at the very top on page load?

Yes, plugin can work with any content. You can configure custom selectors for sections, so it’s fully universal.

Indeed. Don’t know any online tool for it, but if you have a photoshop you can try to find some free perspective mockups, although it still requires at least a basic knowledge of software.
Pretty much exactly what I’ve been looking for. This style of navigation is rarely done well, and I’ve spent money on a few of them. Yours looks great!
Question: can it be used on page types without a sidebar? As in I have a sidebar-less page type I use for long form, and I’m curious whether it can be used to pick up on H2 tags with a PHP code or even a shortcode.

Yes, it can be used on any page type/post type, layout does not matter. It can also read tags from shortcodes, php code, html code. Please feel free to ask if you’ll have more questions.
