Sorry but we used google translator. We do not know Portuguese at all. The language files are separate, you can change them as you want, very easily.

I already have the .htaccess file uploaded. Is there anything more that I am missing. ?

Note: If you get “404 page not found” error then make AllowOverride in your virual host

Hi,

Could you please contact with your hosting provider about this issue. This is your server issue. Your server showing 777 permission but doesn’t allow to write something on those files.

Hi. The AdBlock extension for Chrome or Firefox blocks the banner-image div. Maybe you should think to finding a solution for this; perhaps replacing css / html “banner” with something else

If I change the language to Spanish, at the moment of installing SiteDoctor, are the reports generated entirely in Spanish or only the header and text are the errors shown remain in English? I need reports in Spanish.

Hi,

In that case you have to change in application/config/recommendation_config.php, but it will support only one language. If you want Spanich then convert recommendation text to Spanish.

One item/issue I hope you will look at is that the script does not check whether a website is already in the DB and simply updates the report. Currently, someone can run the report for the same website as many times as they want (just to get backlinks for example) and you will end up with XX number of reports/links for the same site. I really see this as a big issue.

Hi,

We did it intentionally. Actually there may be two different users analysing same site. In that case we can not update previous users report. The analysis result change over time, we should keep all the reports.

Greetings,

I am successfully running ” seocheck.servershine.net ” but after migrating it to another server it is not working good, progress bar stops at 36%.

1. I have tried it to run in to sub domain’s ( seocheck and seoreport ) but after migration it is not working.

2. also let me know if I can run it under another subdomain ?

Please Help.

Hi,

You can’t run it multiple place. It allow only only domain or subdomain to use.

If it worked previous , then it should work in new domain also. I guess you google API has any restriction to use from previous domain only. Please make sure configuration is correct.

Hello,

I wrote that it was working fine i.e. API is also working. any ways , I have started new installation..

Problem is now…. I have set the required permission to all 4 folders and files using chmod -R 777.

1. I have check all the pre required things and put all the required information and then I click install but it executes and didn’t go next.

Then I check Mysql DB , it is populated with all data. Then I rename the install.txt file and then it goes to login page. I can now login and updated the Google API, MailChimp and SMTP but

When I try to change the logo in general settings , it says ” The upload destination folder does not appear to be writable.”

Why this ? I already have set the required permission.
