When I add categories and tags to the query builder the nested option stops working, please help.

I purchased Post Grid/List Layout With Carousel, unaware that this is the exact same plugin as All In One Carousel for Visual Composer.
I’d like to therefore seek a refund for one of them please as it was not in any way clear these were identical plugins.
Licence Codes i can send separately.
I also had a question (for either plugin) on the use of custom fields within the carousel as it seems limited to only post types, and not custom settings within these post types (e.g. an event as post type and date of event as a custom field)

I’m smarter then you think! It’s good to check off course, but i’m able to figure out that if you don’t have any tags, it’s hard to filter on tags.
So do you have another possible solution? I have tags, i have categories. I have set Show filter “on”. I do have filter option, but only on categories, not on Tags.
I even tried to add taxonomy tags, but no luck also.

if you exlude any texonomy in filter so please add texonomy slude in “exclude texonomy” field.

I can’t get carousal image the same size by forced cropping. I’ve added a thumbnail size type, it’s a forced cropping size. But still the heights are different sizes.
Is there a way to make all the images the same size?

possible using css. because image size not handle my plugin. it is your theme functionlity.
Sorry, I fixed it using a custom image size module, then going into the module and replacing the thumbnail size.

One more question…
I have a custom post with 4 custom taxonomies. Each custom taxonomy has lots of terms. I want to show each custom taxonomy with all of its terms in either a separate dropdown or list. Each custom taxonomy should ideally show as a heading above each dropdown or list containing its terms.
Hopefully that makes sense. Do you think this will work? I’ve already bought a plugin that doesn’t do exactly what I need it to, so want to make sure that I can get the outcome I need.

block grid layout not available in this plugin. this plugin only available menu post grid/list layout demos. block grid layout only for portfolio layout plugin.
Pre Sale: Can I have multiple filters (front)? I mean like “categories” “Custom predefined 1 search from tags” “Custom pre def2 search from tags” and so on? Thee filters prefwerable as drop downs. Hope I am clear

csoftech has raised this issue 2 months earlier too. The admin ajax is returning proper response but without rendering the Visual Composer short codes.

I haven’t received any response from your further to sending the email. Not even an acknowledgement.
I had to revert to remove Visual Composer elements from those pages and enter raw HTML to get the job done. This was a live site and I could not keep it like that.
My support expired a couple of days after I raised the complaint. Maybe you thought you don’t have to help since support has expired.

1. Just 1 row of 3 boxes 2. Custom URL’s manually added to each box 3. Auto scroll to load the next 3 automatically after a number of seconds 4. For the order of the boxes to be random.

Hi I just bought this plug-in, in the page editor I can se the logo and either a small blank line or the text with the plug-in name, but it can’t be selected.
