Example: onNextStep (or something like that) – $ajax (url: [new_form_content_url]) – load this into $(”.step-2 > fieldset”).append(“[new_form_content”])

I have successfully create the form when going to the next step. The problem I have now is that I don’t see any event when you click the top step. It appears there is only an event when you click the buttons, which I want to use my own buttons.

Hi there, can you confirm that you’ve tested this with remote validation (e.g. use an ajax call to validate that email is unique). Other opensource alternatives appear to have an issue with this as the response from ajax is asynchronous.

you should send data to your server. in server you can send data anywhere ( to db or to email )
The ‘manySteps’ functionality doesn’t work on mobile. It should scroll through the steps, but it doesn’t work (even in the ‘live preview’ site). I’ve tried raising a support ticket but I haven’t heard anything back. It’s definitely a bug.

Hello! This plugin looks almost exactly like what I need. But I have some questions:
1. How do I build each step of the form? Can I just code it by hand with whatever items I want in the form? For instance, I want to add a button that will display a modal window on one of the steps of the form.
2. Does your plugin come with validation options? Or do I need to add that on my own?
3. Can the completed progress buttons be styled differently so that as a user progresses, step 1 will stay marked once the user gets to step 2? So it wouldn’t just show what step you’re currently on, but what steps you’ve completed?
4. In my design, I have 4 steps, but there are let’s say 10 questions, and each question is on it’s own mini-step. So Step 1 might have 3 questions, the user would click “next” at the end of each question, but the indicator would show “Step 1” as being the active step until they get to question 4. Is that possible?

3.there is no possibilyty show progress . but there is not problem you should change some css codes and get what you want .if you have any problem ,i will help you

About the example-with-validation: it seems to be imposible to go back to the previous step without filling in the fields of the current step first. Is it possible to set that one can go back to the previous without filling in the current?
