The forms dont actually float? as in stay in postition on scroll?

I worked on floating label. Technically not possible. Because it breaks structure and design. Kind Regards.
Hi, if this is a floating form, you can’t really see that it floats on the demo pages. There is only one fold to your demo pages. The complete page is contained within the first screen, so I can’t scroll down and see the floating functionality. You should put some more dummy content at the bottom of the demo pages, so the demo works properly.

Hi, you may take this bootstrap 3 datepicker (https://eonasdan.github.io/bootstrap-datetimepicker/#enableddisabled-dates) example as a simple starter for your needs. in this sample javascript restricts specified dates for you. you may improve this accordingly. there are more examples in the page. Hello, the script looks awesome, but I need the following 1) date picker for booking appointment. I can use drop down for time but it should be nice to have a jquery date calendar. 2) If possible, Auto Address completion using Google Map API – I know, this one is a bit too much I guess.
