You indicate javascript and HTML5, but then you mention only PHP version. Do you include javascript for this zeppelin? I hope so, as we are using solely html for special purpose. Thank you kindly.

I’ve got a working demo, did purchase 
But when I set up exactly the same files within a different directory, same permissions, etc. I get an internal server error. Maybe you can point me in the right direction. Test files on server in another directory work fine. Test files inside a different directory have internal server error. Really liking this utility, will have great potential!

You got me thinking I couldn’t generate any errors, so I inspected more closely, and found that my Firefox rendering of the canvas failed, so it gave a height of 8 pixels. So I changed this in the zeppelin.js file, one line #149
From this: c.canvas.height = $(window).height()....
To this: c.canvas.height = 500;
Because Mozilla says a single positive integer works, otherwise you have to use the var h = element.clientHeight;
Hope that helps for a little update to your zeppelin.js file, for others. It is a fun utility. I changed images and other items to make it an announcement system Thanks for a cool fun tool!

I have a problem with FireFox. I am using the latest version 19.0.2. The page loads but I can not see the Zeppelin. I have also asked other FF users to test but without success. Even if I try your original “Zeppelin-Demo.php” it does not work.
It works fine under Chrome and IE9 32 and 64 bit.
Any ideas?

Hi Maxplay,
Are you testing it offline ? If so, upload it to a web server and then access it from Firefox. Firefox raises a security error if local files are being accessed.

I have done some more testing and found out that the “zeppelin-control-room.php” works under Firefox but the “Zeppelin-Demo.php” does not. Until now I had only used Firefox for testing the Demo.
As I mentioned before, both work under IE9 and Chrome.
I have also found a problem with “MY” installation of “zeppelin-control-room.php” under Firefox. If I change the Url, the modification is not updated on the server. Modifications made under IE and Chrome work fine.
However when I use your Link above it works fine under Firefox. Question: Has your online demo installation been updated?

It’s a neat idea, but think it would make more sense, if the message was scrolled LED style ON the Zeppelin and not as a “thought bubble” or cloud above it. If you update this to be just the Zeppelin (no cloud) and a more real-world simulation with the message scrolling in LED format, I’d be happy to buy this. Nice work, but for now the Zeppelin is superfluous.
