Can i pull image URL from database…? for example i have a database of 25 images.. with webURL… now every 5 minutes or lets say every minute an image URL is added to database… Can this slider..reflect the change that happens in database…I mean can this slider show new images…in end..and then lopping total…

loading the thumbs or LI brackets in the order they are given seems like a very basic requirement. why isn’t this done? i tried horizontal and vertical DisplayType and the order is random after the first screen. that must be some basic coding you can fix? thanks!

There is a js file called FWDIGPComboBox.js . In it there is a property buttonHeight which now is 26, set that to any value that you want and the combobox will change it’s size accordingly.

There are two settings thumbnailMaxWidth and thumbnailMaxHeight, those are the maximum width and height that a thumbnail will have, since it sets the thumbnails to fit perfectly the grid the thumbnail might be a bit smaller then those settings, that is normal. If however you want the thumbnails to have exactly the specified width and height set keepThumbnailsOriginalSizeOnGridStart:”yes”.

ok I see it now. But if I want the combobox to load with the same height and width than the one for a grid thumb, where should I take the thumbnailMaxWidth or -Height values from? It should be something like buttonHeight = a.thumbnailMaxWidth with probably the whole function of the combobox moved at the end of the code, no?
In short I would like to see how it would be if the combobox look like an element of the grid when loading.

That is only possible with code modifications and currently I am not available for this kind of work. Pease note that the unminified code is included, so you can hire any js developer to help you with this.

Hi FWD, i know my support has expired, but i’d like to submit a (possible) bug rather than a help request.
I’m successfully using the IGP with the “afterParent” configuration, that is inside a parent-div.
I’ve set the “showThumbnailIcon” option to “yes”, that is an opaque div will appear over any thumbnail on mouse hover action, and the camera icon will appear in the middle of the thumbnail…
This icon effect has a problem: it works IF the IGP parent-div result visible at the very first page load (e.g. at the top of the page).
But my IGP parent-div is in the middle of the main site homepage, and the icon effect (along with its opacity) don’t work at all… nor the camera icon, neither the opacity appear.
My opinion is about a CSS VISIBILITY setup, which seems to rest HIDDEN, taking for granted the IGP is always visible at the first load, excluding the possibility to have it in the middle or at the bottom of the page.

The page reloads at the bottom, and when you scroll up to watch the IGP parent-div, it has the same icon/opacity lack!

I bought this product and sent an email through the site asking about some help stopping the randomization of the placed thumbnails, I wrote a week ago and never heard back, so perhaps something happened or I used the form wrong.
I saved a copy and can send it again, or we can discuss it here – whichever you prefer.
It’s a great product, and if I need to either buy the newer Ultimate Grid, or get extended support, or even talk about freelance coding to make it do what I need – I am open to discussion.

Nu am folosit bootstrap dar IGP este practic un script js, tot ce este nevoie este sa fie importat scriptul in pagina si uploadat pe server folderul cu skinuri, idea e ca se poate insa nu pot sa iti spun cat este de greu.
