Hi, my site has been running with ultra version for 4 years now and when i moved from old server to the new server it just sit’s idle with the loader just spinning and no slider is showing, could you please, tell me why this is happening?

Hello, I like this tool. I have an issue with one of my image elements not showing up in the preview. It does show on the project window and I can position it just fine, but is not in preview. It is a .png with alpha (no background). I used .png in other sliders and they worked fine. Any reasons one will not show up?

I have another question though. I cannot seem to find a way to format my text in text boxes on sliders. I seem to only be able to control the text size and color in CSS box. But to change the whole format, it seems to be doing something similar to notepad wordwrap. I want fixed format with bullets and all.Hello,
You can only add text lines and images as layers.
You can choose one of the existing css classes from ‘CSS Style’ field or you can define one of your own

This is not a background slider.
You should add a z-index for the contnt which you want to go over the slider or you could insert the slider in a div with z-index:0; position:relative;

Good day, I’ve bought the Bridge theme and would like the ask two questions on mobile responsiveness:
Question 1: I have an image in one of my layers in the layer slider. In the properties of the layer I have set the “Layout & Positions” to indicate a width of 100%. I would like to adjust this setting when the site is viewed on mobile… i.e:
Desktop : Layout & Positions : width:100% & height:—
Mobile : Layout & Positions : width:—& height:100%
Question 2: I’m trying to edit the height of the complete layer-slider on a mobile but I’m not sure what the property is:

Nice plugin but how can i change the transitions. It seems the only transition available is a sliding transition. how can I use a fade transition.

You should do this manually by exporting and importing the plugin database.
The tables are named similar to this:
- wp_ubersliderclassic_banners
- wp_ubersliderclassic_css_definitions
- wp_ubersliderclassic_playlist

sorry i asked the question as the wong user, so hope to get an answer on my own account instead of my clients:
Can i do something like this with the slider: this site carpenterkessel.com has three layers coming in. Then on hover of Find, List, Contact you get a layer coming up with info/buttons etc.
one of the layers i want to create (the List one) has a script i need to put there to pull in the search.
can you tell me if both or either is possible with your slider, also can i get the full page slide?
