I just installed this plugin and its not showing for me in the WPbakery options.
Hello,
Thank you for buying our product.
1. It’s a complex add-on and it can be inserted as a first level or second level element on the page. Which means it can be inserted directly on the page or in a row. You should insert it in the wp-admin back-end, like presented in the video tutorials.
2. If the problem persists, we can send you the standard WP plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/countdown-pro-wp-plugin-websitesproductsoffers/6305309 and you can insert it using the shortcode
Best regards, Laurence

hi, can i use this to hide a page with a timer? Ex: i want the page to show after at 10am , so the timer would appear then once time is up it would show page ??
Hello!
1. The countdown will appear on the page it was inserted. It can’t appear at a certain time.
2. The countdown has the option to call a JS function when it reaches the end. You can define a function that will open the page you want when the countdown ends.
Example:
function() { window.open("https://www.your_page.com","_self") }
Hello. How are you? I need a custom count format to insert on my website.
1- Model: I need to create 1 counting template for all customers. All models look like this: “00.0000000000” See the exact example of what I need: https://youtu.be/ks48f2IEo6o2- Speed and Control I need to have control over the counting speed of all clients, have control over the counting speed of groups of clients
and have control over the counting speed of each client individually.
A- For example in all customers: Increase or decrease the total counting speed by 10%.
B- For example in customer groups: Increase or decrease the counting speed of the “Y” group of customers by 3%.
C- For example for each individual customer: Increase or decrease the speed of the client “X” by 8%.
You got it?
3- Start and End Date. I need to set the end date for the count. For example: On December 1, the count should be “10.0000000000”
4- Include or Remove numbers in the count. For example, if I need to increase a customer’s count from 00.0000500000 to 00.0001000000 I can do that. But only I, as an administrator, can have this control.
Hello!
I’m sorry, we don’t have such a counter.

Quick question- would it be possible to turn this into a gamer style glowing theme possibly with some looping animations- like this https://i.gifer.com/BA5o.mp4

Is there a way to incorperate the countdown set up onto a form and have it create a page or post automaticaly
Hello,
You can add it on the page and define a JS function that will be run when countdown ends.
Regards
im not sure i understand
It doesn’t have the option you want.
What you can do with it is to add it on the page and define a JS function that will be run when countdown ends.

I think we are talking two diffrent things… What I want to do is create a form that once it is filled out that a page or post is created and will show the count down timer
Think a vacation countdown timer
Hello,
The countdown can’t be created dynamically. It needs to be inserted in the page, like presented in the video tutorial.

I want a refund. Isn’t worth 19 bucks. No documentation, no tooltips or what so ever.. The plugin doesn’t work, it wont show on my pages. Tried different browsers, deleted the plugin and re-installed, nothing works.
Hello,
The plugin works and contains detailed video tutorials.
Please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro a temporary user & pass to your wp-admin and the front-end link where you have inserted the plugin, to take a look.

Presale Question: Can I have any customisations after the time and date expires? For example before the event: “10 Days ets…” On the event “Happening Now” After the event – dissapear, no countdown shown..? Is the addon included on the Vera Collection? Thank you in advance..
Hello,
You can define a JS function which will be executed when the countdown ends. That function can hide the countdown and if needed add a text in the countdown place.
If you have difficulties writing that function, we can write it for you.
Yes, is included in the Vera bundle.

Pre-Sale Question: I wish to use this slider in SLider Revolutions and want to know if it supports shortcode generation, so that it can be called in the Slider using shortcode in text field
Hello,
This is a Visual Composer add-on.
If you want the standard WordPress plugin which can be called with a shortcode you need to use this one: https://codecanyon.net/item/countdown-pro-wp-plugin-websitesproductsoffers/6305309
Also, if the slider will generate the shortcode is not our plugin job, is the slider job, so we can’t answer you regarding this
Hi,
The Countdown Timer Pro is available in my VC menu for pages, but I can’t find it in my VC menu for a custom post type. The general VC settings are applied to this custom post type, I can use VC, just your timer is not in the VC menu there.
Please assist.
Hello,
Are you using the standard Visual Composer or some version which came with the theme?
Regards
the standard one

I bought this thinking it had a background option since it is in your screenshots. Feeling a little duped here.
Hello,
The background is part of your layout. As the video tutorials present, the plugin offers only the countdown
Regards
do you have the option of background image or a video???
Hello,
You can use the standard WordPress plugin and you’ll have an image background: https://codecanyon.net/item/countdown-pro-wp-plugin-websitesproductsoffers/6305309
Regards
Thanks. So this version does not ave a background option???Also, is this a plugin or an addon to an existing plugin. I do have visual composer installed.
Hello,
This is the Visual Composer Add-on. If you need background option, you can use the standard WordPress plugin which is this one: https://codecanyon.net/item/countdown-pro-wp-plugin-websitesproductsoffers/6305309

Hello A client has requested a countdown timer that counts down to the last day of every month. Would that be possible with this plugin? Thanks Ben
Hello,
Only is you manually set the end date the last day of the month.
If you want an automated process, it requires custom script modification.
Please send me an email on office@lambertgroup.ro and some additional details about the modification you need.
Regards
Great work!
Good sales!
Thank you.
