At first this is a very great module !!!
We would like the module to work as follow :
- Step one (Select device) : No change - Step twoo (Select case type) : mask for case type should change in the preview for each case type (ex: black = black mask , ...) and this mask should match the device case model (IPhone= iPhone 6case and so on …) -Step three (select layout) : deactivate layout selection (only one possible = full layout) -Step four : No change but automatic reset of the preview when changing image from the image menu (no need to click the reset buton on the side) -Step five : option to – fix the text zone on a specific place – Disable this option
Other great option would be to switch the choice selection : first step would allow to choose the photo then step twoo (or three) would allow to choose the device.

I’m French so sorry for my bad english, I’ll try to be the best clear as possible.
We already bought your module CCASE, and we are wondering to maybe buy the MYCASE-PS. I have some questions : 1/ what is the big difference between mycase and ccase ? the selection of the type of case ?
2/ is that possible in MYCASE or CCASE to put different layout in relation to the type of case selected just before? example : if we select CLEAR CASE, is that possible to display a special layout no available for TPU CASE ?
3/ is that possible to add a description for all cases ? to say “it’s hard cases with semi-rigid edges” ?
4/ If all I ask isn’t possible, is that possible to create a template for us with those askings ?
If yes, approximatively how much can this cost us ?

We’d like to buy your module Mycase – Phone Case Customization For Prestashop but before that we have few questions
1. Is there available demo version of the backend?
2. Can we add more phone models? If we can add more phone models in png format, where we can take them from?
3. Is the “Mask phone” plain photo or is it special photo of the phone? How the module understands where the camera holes are?
4. Can we edit the “Type of Cases”, for example remove part of the types?
5. Can we skip step 3 “Select the Layput”or to have only 2 layouts – horizontal and vertical?
6. Can we make multiplied products in one shop with module and in step 4 “Select your photos” to see first folders with categories and then choose photo?
7. Is there limit of size and number of photos (for a single photo and total for step 4)
8. When client selects photo “from Desktop”, will we receive the original uploaded photo + the part from it that the client wants to be printed?
9. Can we remove step 5 “Select your text”?
10. Is it possible to tie pricing changes to various customization options? ( for example with our photo or with clients’)

I came across your amazing plugin (Mycase) and after trying to check its live preview i can say that this is my dream plugin that I’ve been waiting for!
I was only disappointed after i knew that this is only available for Prestashop & Jquery. My shop runs on Woo commerce WP. how, by any chance that this can be made to work with my platform? is it easy or not? even if you don’t offer customization….

Hello When I try to purchase a case, it shows me the case with the image I used But when I go to my cart, it shows a empty image with a ”?” If I purchase and pay it, the case has no picture And in the BackOffice there is no picture.

Hi, I bought the module after your correspondence with jordankams. It’s a fantastic piece of work, so well done! However, it’s really important to me to skip the step of selecting the layout and to simply have the first “full” grid selected as a default. I understand that this requires a bit of a change in the coding. Can you please advise how I do this?

I’m very interested in your Mycase module for Prestashop. But first, I have a few questions.
1. How does the customer reach the customisation page? Is it on the product page itself or is there a button on the product page which takes them to the customiser?
2. Is it possible to change the steps involved in the customisation? I’d like to have a default layout option and remove the ability for the customer to choose another.
3. Is it possible to tie pricing changes to various customisation option? For example, if you choose the colour red, will it be possible to add $5 to the price?

Yes you can let one choice of the layout, but for remove the step completly is need additional change in the code.3. For "Mycase" no, but for "customizer" yes, you can create a rule for a native product before the customer click on the button of customization.Thanks,

Yes you can add import photo from facebook, but the process is too long because I think thats facebook changed their policy and import require a valid application facebook and can take between 7 and 15 days for validation.Thanks,

I realy like your plugin. Im using the plugin to let customers design wooden phonecases that will be engraved. Now you have 4 options in the pluging: white, black, claer and tpu. can these images and tekst been changed to my one images an text like brown, white, black, ...... And is there an option if a customer uploads a color image that a black and white filter will be applied ???

Thanks for your message,The rotate function is not available at this time, I will try to add this functionnality in the other release, but I can't give you a time because it's depend the plugin that's we use to generate canvas, not supported rotate now.For add new device type, need some change in the code, after purchased you can list us all device type that’s you need and we added in the backoffice.
