I see you have 40 new themes in the popups.. I have already bought the plugin, but I do not see for instance Theme Builder 37…. should I have access to these w/ the plugin update or do I have to buy a separate pack? I have your other packs and they are not in there. would really like to take advantage of the new themes since I bought it. best.

This add on. Just get main plugin and use it together.

CodeCanyon -> Download tab -> download latest version of Ninja Popups and reinstall it or just go to your WP -> Plugins -> install update.
Also please make sure that have cleand up browser cache.

No, you need to have main plugin to run all add-ons. Now you have Extra theme only (add-on).

Since it’s almost impossible to track an “exit intent” in a mobile device, I had to deactivate popups on mobile : nevertheless I need some popup on mobile devices.
Question is : is it possibile to have in the same time an “exit intent” on desktops and a “timed” popup on mobile devices ?

at this moment you can disable popup on mobile device only. Separate popups for desktop and mobile is on our TO DO list – we plan to release it soon.

i tried nearly every option but popups didn’t show. my steps;
- plugin enabled
- i don’t want default popup, so it’s disabled but all checked “display in” section.
- i don’t want default exit popup, so it’s disabled.
- i want to use popups for certain tags and posts in certain categories, so i enabled settings for taxonomies for categories and tags.
- i created a popup “x” and it correctly displayed in preview window.
- it will appeared on page load.
- “y” category’s welcome popup is “x” and exit is disabled. Same for some tags.
i really need to know what i’m doing wrong. thanks

Hi,
tutorials on the way. To import popups please go to Popups Library -> first import Elements (like images, settings, etc), then choose popup theme and import it. Then you will find it in Menu -> Popups.
Editing popup is very easy – just drag & drop element and edit it.
