Hello, got the plugin in going. Seems great. We setup a few test events when trying things out. Then we setup a real event. However, when we go to post it to facebook it shows on the facebook description some text from the test events. I’ve deleted the test events and cleared the cache and its sitll pulling in text from the fake test event. any Ideas?
It may be a cache issue from facebook’s end not the plugin or your website.
this happens even when we add new events. any ideas how to flush the cache?
i tihnk i figured it out. Facebook was caching from the default wordpress page “Registration” not from the event itself.
it’s still caching from that registration page. so facebook is pulling 1 event name in for all events. can you help? thanks!
This has nothing to do with our plugin, the issue comes from facebook and your website’s end.
How can you tell? It doesn’t do this on any of our other pages, only the ones setup as part of this program..

This is not possible with the plugin, you will have to use a third party plugin to achieve that.

it has nothing to do with our plugin, you will need to find a plugin that allows you to give access to certain areas in your admin section depending on user roles.

no, the plugin is not made for other users to create events, this is something you will have to work around using a third party plugin.

events can only be created in the back end, not in the front end, obviously you need to find a plugin that allows certain users to create events in the back end.

Hello, I am having an issue where our user registers and receive the confirmation email before they pay via Paypal. They then receive several other emails (duplicates) about 4 or so directly after the first. We are using Gravity Forms with the Events Plus plugin and wp-mail-smtp for the emails. Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

I am experiencing an issue with the plugin. I am using it for training classes in physical locations. Some of the classes span across two days. I do not want people to be able to click on the second day and register. They should only be allowed to purchase it on or before the start date only. Please advise ASAP! Thanks
in that case you need to create two events, one for each 24 hours so no one can register on the upcoming day.
This is not the ideal way to have things set up. Extremely time consuming. I am not happy, because you should either have that as a feature of the PAID plugin, or at least let your potential buyers they will have to make a separate event for multiple day events. Ridiculous.. So, why do you allow the user to create a multiple day event, if it doesn’t work?.So how do I disable registration on the second day?
It is not time consuming, this is why the plugin has a Copy feature. You can create one event and make an identical copy of it by simply clicking on the Copy button than simply change the date and time, it will take you about 60 seconds at most to get that done.
We’re already working on a fix where events are treated separately every 24 hours but for now your best solution is what I mentioned above.

No, this is not possible at the moment, an attendee receives an email with a link to payment and registration info.

Hi pre-purchase question: I’ve read aboce that this plugin doesn’t have mailchimp integration, but having MailChimp is necessary for my client. I was wondering if there was a way to be able to use a different plugin (such as Contact form 7) for the actual registration form, where I can track my users using Mailchimp?
Or if I’m going about this all wrong, can you suggest a way I can use your plugin, and somehow use MailChimp?
Yes, you can have an external registration than simply redirect users to register on your own form with mailchimp included.
But does this way keep all the other functions of the plugin? I like all the other functions, and I do like the backend registration process that you have set up, and the ability to pay through credit/paypal etc, I just need it to also forwarded to mailchimp as well. What functionality would i be missing by using my own form, rather than the form built into the plugin?
You would not be able to use the plugin’s registration system in that case. We have already added mailchimp integration into our to-do list but we don’t have a set date for it yet. We’re still trying to figure out which would be the best way to integrate it into our plugin.

We do two elephant walks a day. We have two time slots, one is scheduled for 9.00am and another at 2.00pm
1. Can these two times be added to every day on the Calendar?
2. Also can can we add 10 people to each time slot?
3. So if somebody booked for 4 people, would it show after that there is 6 places left?
4. Last but not least is your plugin responsive?

I have a few things I am looking for and wanted to make sure this is right for our needs, quick back story, we are a gymnasium and book time slots for practices etc. We have 3 options, full court, 1/2 court and 1/4 court. I am not as much looking for the booking feature but the display feature of available and not available times. Here are some other features I am looking for: create a one time event as well as recurring events, be able to show or highlight event details. I use google calendar now for our bookings and I like the syncing but can this be done and hide the details if we want (example; we book the gym and put notes in the details about the court size, rate etc. and do not want that to be shown to the public. Lastly, can it know that when a certain court is booked that the others are not open? What this means that we have 4 1/4 courts or 2 1/2 courts or 1 full court so if someone books the full court then obviously the 1/4 and 1/2’s are not open or if someone takes a 1/2 then the only think left is another 1/2 or 2 1/4’s. Sorry for all the questions but looking for the best product for what we need.
Hi, everything can be done with this plugin except having one event affect the others, each event is treated separately by the plugin, so you can’t have one court booked than the others automatically appear closed, this cannot be done with the plugin.
Hi, Can I print the list of the people who booked an event?. Can I add an upload field? and add yes or no fields? thanks. It is for a summer camp. People needs to register for week 1 or week 2, etc and then the registration have parent – child fields, I need to be able to print week 1 and tel me all the children on that have booked/paid

Hi, yes, you can export a .csv file with the list of attendees. You can add multiple choice, questions, and dropdowns but there is no upload option available yet. Everything else you can do.

there is no such thing as uploading an update to a specific account, that’s not how the system works. You need to contact codecanyon, we as authors are very limited as to what we can do in this marketplace.

Hello, I was wondering if would be possible on the desktop version of the Calendar view to show the image of the event instead of having to hover over the event to see. This would be used for an art class booking and seeing the Images is a big part of their calendar.
Event reminders emails. How is that going to be handled. Choose how many days Set reminder flow i.e auto @ 1 month out then 2 weeks out then 1 week then day before, and day of.

Hi, adding an image directly into the calendar is not possible as it would look saturated when more than one event is listed on the same day.
We have not yet decided how we will handle the email reminders, what you are suggesting is a good idea but we will probably start with manual reminders from the admin backend than later move onto automated email reminders.
We are currently finishing the Stripe integration and adding a couple of more features. If you have not made a purchase yet, you should do it now so you can lock the current price, CodeCanyon tends to increase the price when more features are added into a product
