Great plugin. But there is an issue: in carousel addon portrait images are cropped same way as landscape. How to change it? I see in function-general.php it’s 1200×800 is there way to maintain portrait pic proportional width?

to open a ticket you need a regular license purchased on codecanyon. If you have download our plugin inside elements support is not included (envato rules).
To show products as our demo you need only to install woocommerce.

vcmegapack loads fonts insecurely with direct calls to http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family= ...
The calls are being blocked on our secure site. Is there a way to change this without manually editing the plugin? And if not, may I suggest that those all be changed to https:// in the next version of the plugin?

Just bought and downloaded your plugin. In the “templates” area I can see the names of the templates however on click of arrow down the area is empty and on click of + there is no action taken either. Did I miss something? Or are there other settings somewhere else I need to adjust?

Hi, this may not be a part of your plugin, but I am having an issue with Row Settings. I would like for one row to be a certain color, which has already been configured in row settings and Row Type is Full Width. The issue I am facing is with margin I believe. My overall theme background is a light blue, and row is adding this blue to the very bottom of row color as a margin. How can this be fixed?

it’s very strange for page blank because this plugin can’t change any config for templates.
Anyway if your theme uses a custom row I advise you to disable our custom row (you can make it via our option panel).

Now, I’m trying to figure out to add the background image for header text like in your preview.
I cannot seem to add background image for top section, and colored sections for remaining sections like your preview. Your tutorial explains it with an option that did not come with plugin, or maybe I cannot find it.

Think before purchasing – The plugin is not compatible with PHP7 and some of its code will overwrite your theme code and break certain views which breaking the site’s responsiveness for mobile browsers.

yes you can install it with other vc plugin. But unique limation is for vc row layout. You can use only one advanced row option.

the templates change only content current page layout (one page only) so your header and footer and sidebar (if include) is the same of your theme.
If you want change the aspect in a single page I advice this plugin http://codecanyon.net/item/vc-one-page-builder-addons-for-visual-composer/11264872 where here you can build your page different from others page site using the demos available (this plugin include the same addons present in Visual Composer Mega Pack – Addons and Templates).
