First, please “Generating the subscribe form code” using Campaign Monitor ( link: http://help.campaignmonitor.com/topic.aspx?t=13 ) now one you have code just paste it on the List Fusion auto-responder section this will connect Campaign Monitor and List Fusion.

I have pasted the code in the auto-responder section and tested the sign up form, but the email address is not registering with Campaign Monitor. Is there something else that needs to be done to link with Campaing Monitor? Please help.

Using same code we able to land on the thank you page. Have you set the filed properly.

It appears to process a sign up ok, but emails are not showing up in Campaign Monitor list.

I found there is name=”cm-name” on all fields which is causing the issue.

Please go to “List Fusion -> Autoresponder Manager” edit your list and re-hit “Process HTML Form” once done select name=”cm-name”, email=”cm-hthif-hthif” and hit save this will do the magic.

I hit Process HTML Form and it populated email=”cm-hthif-hthif, but when I save the changes are not taking effect. It reverts back to “cm-name”. Any suggestions?

name field has changed already i checked your site and its now fine but one more suggestion, please keep only one field i.e ONLY NAME FIELD, please omit 2 filed “first name” and “last name” because you have only one field to collect user name or its smart to say “Your Full Name”.

Please repeat the same process as above while doing edit.

ABOUT ISSUE:: Looks like its not selecting the chosen field while doing edit, we will check for the issue and if found any it will be fixed on our upcoming version.

I have kept only the name field now. I process the the HTML Form and the email populates with “cm-hthif-hthif” but after saving it always reverts back to “cm-name”. The change is not saving. How can I get the email change to save? Please provide a solution, as we need this form up and going as soon as possible.

Although your changes has been saved while editing it showing the top value (we found this issue and it will be fixed immediately.)

It is finally working and showing email sign ups. Thanks for your help with this!

I do have one other issue with the Theme15 we are using for lightbox. The text in the field boxes is showing up darker grey instead of white. Could you please help get this text showing white like in the Theme15 preview? It’s the part that says..Enter Name, Enter Email, etc. It’s very hard to see the text when an image is in the background, unless the text is white.

We have noticed on the lightbox on mobile, when you go to enter a name, the letters are appearing white as you type, which is hard to see. This could make people not want to sign up. Can you please correct the lightbox so letters show up black as they are being typed in the fields? We need this fixed as soon as possible to ensure we get conversions.

You can test the lightbox on stilettocharm.com home page when you scroll 70% down the page. Just begin typing in the name field and you will see the letter show up white instead of black.

I notice one other issue on mobile. The lightbox is appearing way at the top of the page when it appears. I have the setting on popup when scroll 70% down the page. Is there a way to make the lightbox responsive on mobile? This issue can cause people headache to have to scroll to find the lightbox.

It looks like JS conflict, please go to “List Fusion -> Settings” and click on “other settings”, and check to disable

1. Disable facebook JS loading and

2. Disable pinterest JS loading
