make sure that your apache mod_rewite is enabled check that .htaccess file is successfully uploaded and exists in the main directory of SMA base_url in sma/config/config.php check your database settings in sma/config/database.php check your folders/files permissions (folders should have 755 and files should have 644 permissions).

There is no issue with htaccess file. Please check with your host. You no need to request installation for $10 as it will not cover the server configuration issue.

This is POS you have kept room to provide Award Points for customers when purchasing but how do customers use those point when buying. After sales if the customer needs to return the product or exchange, is this POS have facilities to do that operation.

Great Product! Can we get another way to retrieve customer records – like a customer number? We could use this to produce customer IDs w/barcodes to lookup customers at POS (streamlines award points tracking). Also, adding the option to upload customer pictures would help store owners to get to know their customers. Thank you!

one more thing…i am using this application for my two store. everyday two different sales user open them pos and add daily expenses too but i can see both expenses together so it’s quite difficult to understand so it’s it possible to see WH wise like we can see stock…hope u understand

the expiry date is really annoying, the date when saved in csv or in the db it will not be retrieved correctly, and when the cron job runs it deletes the expired products which is soooooo wrong, is there a fix to this please or anything to make it show the alerts but not delete the products?

Company logo not showing in the email sent, rather your logo (default logo) is being displayed. PLease let me know how to change the logo in the email body along with logo in purchase orders.

If you have already updated the site logo, that will be used for purchases, transfers and login page. Does it show on login page?

Thanks for the update and improvement on barcode label printing.Your app is getting better and better with every update!
I guess you might want to improve barcode label printing functionality little more by giving users freedom to select what to print on the label and eventually create their own label through label designer as there are only 3 templates(Styles) to choose from and there is no way to customize the size of label etc.At least meantime you may want to add couple commonly used label templates such as Avery 5160,5167,5161,8164 etc. which can be printed on A4 via regular inkjet or laser printers.
The label/name for “Print Barcode/Label” sounds like it also allows to print barcode label as well as some other labels like “Mailing Labels for Customers” (which would be great feature) or shipping labels…

Appreciate your hard work.I guess you might want to use some kind of template instead of “Styles” cause all the layouts presented look like for continues feed only. If that’s the case it doesn’t matter how many label you print per page,does it? Basically they are almost unusable for A4 sheet of labels! And also text positions look little awkward! What do you think?

It looks much better now, the layout issue has been fixed with the update. I would like to make a suggestion if I may; Some of the fields especially Site Name, Category, Currencies aren’t really necessary when you track your inventory in warehouse! instead Product Variants,Picture would be really useful especially for bins hard to reach.
And I would like to see BULK LABEL PRINTING for available inventory and for the items received against Purchase Order.
Will you add Mail Merge(Customer Address Label Printing for mass mailing) feature as well ?
I will check about variants and picture. There is already print barcode menu in action column on list purchases/transfers page. I am not sure about mail merge as no plan in near future. Thank you
What I mean with bulk label printing is that there is no option for bulk printing for products on hand There should be at least category based bulk printing option for items on hand with user-definable quantity(quantity on hand, by default) . Otherwise it takes forever to enter every item one by one on large inventories. Yes I just noticed PO has that option.Thanks
And another VERY IMPORTANT field to insert on label is “Product Code” That is crucial! Actually it’s much more important than variants or picture!

Hello sir, some issues you promised don’t solved and also i request some help:
1.Sales person permission to view alert icon at the top for quantity and expire also about POS. 2. Receipt customization and printing explanations/ direction as you said before, it hard to printing receipt and click back to POS and as you know POS is instant selling. 3.is it possible to print product label with its image ? 4. PLEASE can I help how to “add product in ordered list” several times i read this but i don’t know how to do ?
.5. Also when you updates to v3.0.2.0 directly form updates link in setting and start using POS it bring some error in POS while you made payment, it bring blank screen.
5. Also i prefer if you can explain in short all updates you did and where you can see in practice coz not all your customers knows what you updates and where it can take the effect in system .

while adding the product, the sales unit “Product Unit” was a list of a register in the system as “Category” in which that registration had a number of places selling the prroduto would be very useful. Example Kg with 3 decimal places, unit with zero decimal places, with parts 1 decimal, etc. It would be possible to implement it, remembering that during the sale must respect this by product configuration, including the POS?
Only now I saw your previous answer, I will prepare a document with the necessary changes to fix the decimal and I forward you soon. The implementation I mentioned the unit measures up is essential to enable the use of the system for me, and I intend to start using the system later this month, it would be possible to carry out and over what period?

I have done sale as a due by 06-01-16 and paid today 07-01-16 it’s work properly and show’s perfectly in close register, Today’s Sale as well as Register Details but problem is i got payment on 07-01-16 so if i see today’s profit then it’s now showing..it’s should be seen in today profit as well as because payment have been give today so…please check this issue…hope u got it…

If you have received payment today for old sale, that shouldn’t be in today’s profit as that payment isn’t belong to today’s sale. Am I wrong?
