How to have a refund?
Installed it, but i have a problem. I setup a page for gifts and when i include [coupon_code] block its always at the top of the page. I designed a nice page with a banner on top, some text, but when i include the code the gift cards show up above the banner and text no matter what. How can i fix this issue ?
Hello, Is there any way to diable the Barcode part of the giftcard plugin, so the order review part of the Woocommerce site on the admin panel is not folooded with the barcodes? Thank you!

I have sent two emails about a problem I am having since installing your plugin, I would appreciate a reply please.
Ever since installing your plugin my customers don’t get new order emails, nor do the gift card purchasers get an form of emails? Another issue is every order is generating a coupon code, not just the gift card ones.

I have rectified the email issue, however I am now having an issue where if someone order two gift cards, it is issuing two coupon codes but rather than the product value it is applying the total value? So a client who ordered two $150 gift cards has now received two $300 gift cards?

I have emailed you twice? Please send me your direct email address. Your system still isn’t sending the actual gift voucher by email to the client who orders, they are only getting the default woocommerce order emails. It seems to have stopped doubling the coupons up and creating coupons for orders that it shouldn’t. So we just need to sort out the email issue.
Can you install any email debugging plugin to debug the issue? Also remember that emails will be sent when the order is completed.
It appears that if I leave the price blank for a gift card where the user can specify the price then the options to set the price are not shown on the product page, and if I set the price to zero, then they can add it directly to the cart without specifying a price (from the loop/archive page). Can this be fixed?
I have MescalinaCreative’s problem above. The plugin keeps generating coupon codes for the value of each item in ALL orders, regardless if a Gift Card was purchased. I will contact you soon for a fix.

Hi! Very interested in this plugin. I was wondering how I would use this to send physical gift cards to customers. So a customer buys 25 gift card and I mail it to them (not email but physical mail) how do I do this? Does the plugin generate a code for me to print on the physical card that I would sent to the printer to print out?
I have a pre sale question, If a customer purchases a $100 gift card, can they use it multiple times, like use it for $20, $50, $30 in separate checkouts?

Hello! A weird thing is happening: when I receive an order, any order, a coupon code is generated…! I open the orders and see barcodes and coupon code in the order, how this could happen?? In the Coupon codes backend page I saw a lot of automatically generated coupon, one for every purchase… Please can you tell me what is the issue? For the moment I deactivated your plugin. The coupon code is the gift card code.
Sorry I don’t understand. Maybe I have not explained well. Customers did not puchase any gift card! Some of my customers made a normal order on my website and on the order there is a gift card code for every product in the order!

So your plugin is blocking the wordpress restore password. If your plugin is activated and when a user want to restore the passwort, the user wont become the link to do that. After i deactivate your plugin works all fine. This problem is since wordpress 4.3.1. I have just problems with your plugin.
That’s weird because the plugin does not hook with the restore password on wordpress.

The plugin does not affects other products. Please make sure the other products are not being created as gift cards.
Hi, I wrote to the support last week, but got no answer. I need to know how to remove barcodes in orders. Moreover I’ve got a trouble with shipping costs: if the customer buys just the gift card, no shipping cost is added (and it’s okay), but if he purchases the gift card AND something else, the cost of the gift card is added. For example, in my website the shipping cost is zero if the cart is > 79 euros, but if someone buys a 100 euros gift card AND a 5 euros product, the shipping cost is zero, but it’s not correct. I read I cannot set gift cards as virtual products. How can I solve this? Thanks
Remove barcode by removing the [barcode] shortcode from the email template. The plugging does not interfere with woocommerce shipping. Thanks

Hi again, as for barcodes, I already removed it from email template. I want to remove it from orders in backoffice.
You can remove barcodes from the code only and you need to have a good understanding of php to do so.

Hello. I use the shortcode [coupon page] for create a new page. I created some products with Gift checked but in the coupon page doesn’t display the products.
Hi. You need to uncheck the checkbox in the settings on the Gift card to allow the gift codes to be displayed on the page.
When using the shortcode [barcode] no barcode is shown on emails.
Can you email a temporary login to test?

But I think there is an error with the “type the amount” function. I just ran a test where I bought a gift for “10 DKK”. The checkout process were fine and I got charged for the same amount. The email order was also showing the right amount, but after when I tried to test the autogenerated coupon code but the value was “100 DKK” discount. I think it adds an extra 0 after? Can you help me fix this 
Also is it possible to send the amount of the giftcard in the email that is send to the giftcard receiver?

Hey just an FYI, when you add a promo code to the coupon, the [total] shortcode in the email shows the discounted price, instead of the intended full amount. Is there another shortcode that could be used? Maybe the gift voucher’s title?

Hi there. I’m having problems with the gift voucher when the customer chooses their own amount. It charges the correct amount on checkout, but the generated coupon code has a value of zero dollars. Can you please tell me how to fix this.
