Does this plugin support shortcodes? I’m trying to incorporate the basic Jetpack subscription form, but the pop-up is displaying the shortcode rather than the form.

I get an error message “Invalid header in this plugin” when I try to activate the plugin. What is causing this?
I think you are trying to install the whole package you downloaded from codecanyon. Unzip the file first than upload the file called scrollpopup_install.zip
No I unzipped the codecanyon package and uploaded the zip file…
I managed to get it activated by uploading it through FTP. kept going wrong when trying to do it the normal way. One other question: how can you integrate Mailchimp in this popup?

Hi, the width is fixed and the height depends on the amount of content you add to it. If you want to edit the width you would have to do it directly into the plugin’s css file.
Thanks for your nice plugin. works fine. but unfortunately if the page have more than just about 1400 px. the plugin have an delay and do not start, when i start scrolling. very long pages is extrem, the appaereance of the poupup is after scrollling the half way of the site. please can you help? maybe it is a knowing problem?

Hi the plugin works with explorer 8? Can i choose to show the pop ups only in a post page or home page, or custom post type etc?
yes, it should work on explorer 8 but not earlier versions. You can display popups on different pages or posts

Post/Page specific triggers don’t work… I can only get the popup to trigger if I set the global defaults…. is this expected functionality?
when you create a popup it should automatically appear in a dropdown inside the page or post editor to the right.
Yes, but when selected, it does not work unless the main defaults are set… which then I override with the page/post option. Ideally… I can have no popups set… then pick each page I want one to trigger on
Defaults have to be configured so that it knows what to display and how to display it when nothing is chosen.
Our thought was that if nothing was chosen in the default settings, nothing should display by default. We’d like the default to be no pop up, but then select the individual pages that a popup does display. It seems a global default must be chosen (for each default, homepage, post, page, etc). I assume its not possible to have “none” set as the default?

this is not possible. The popup can only activate upon scrolling.

When I activate the plugin, I get the following error message: “The plugin generated 1373 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.” (I did not see the “headers already sent” message).

Hy! My English is bad. Anyway, I have a problem. If I set “Post default ad” in Global Ads OptionsPost, the scrollwindow is shown in all the post, but nothing is shown if I set “none” in Global Ads OptionsPost and in a single post I choose from the list of popups already created.

Hi! In the Documentation file on a .html page, it shows Assign to Page option, under Page Attributes. It doesn’t display that in my WP.The pop-up page itself is not under Pages list either. Do I have to install additional plugin for that (Nectar shortcodes is the tab displayed there in a sample)?? Guys, any suggestions how to activate that option? Thanks!

View the instructions within the plugin files you downloaded from codecanyon. You must create the pages first than assign a popup to each page

I can;t seem to get it to work for some reaason. When I define what pop up needs to show up on the type of pages (settings). and click save, it does not save my choice and reverts to havbing all pop ups showing as none.
Any help?
