I was able to install the plugin and category looks good but after the test purchase nothing connect to Mailchimp

Using WordPress 4.9.4 and WooCommerce 3.3.1 Looks like I can’t connect to Mail Chimp Service at all
When I am entering API key there is no Save Changes button and no Mail Chimp lists Moreover, Mailchimp did not handle that plugin connected to MailChimp.
But MailChimp Woocommerce by Saint Systems handles this API key
How I can fix this problem?

how does it add to the mailing lists , for example if a user order products from 4 different categories in 1 order, than he will be added in 4 mailing lists ?
