Does this work on Magento ver. 1.9.3.6? Also, will it work with any theme?

I couple question. About Template v31, water waves are going grazy (really fast and messy) after page has been background sometime. Can you fix it somehow?

Other thing is that template v31 seems not working at all Windows safari browser. Thanks.

I tryed to install your error via Magento Connect and this is the error I get
