If You Could take a look at this price list please, https://www.siteground.com/web-hosting.htm Could you do with your tooltips la même? And even better, Could You aussi allow the use of fonticons, in the tooltips?
A comparison table list would be nice also.

Right now it is integrated with bootstrap but on the next update, We will add another version that will be independent from Bootstrap.
You are asking to tooltip option like your given url? Yes, it is also possible to add that feature and also the font iconss.
And we are not clear about the horizontal issue. Could you please clear us…

Well, shortcode comes with WP plugins , This is a css Plugin, But yes, codes are unique. Therefor there will be no conflicted with other codes …
You may copy a code block and paste it into your site and add the required css, It will work
