Just the front page that is not editable from backend, Other pages are editable from backend.
Yes, you can make home page editable by building a plugin.

We’ve used Fat-Free Framework as a base.
If the theme/templates are HTML and modifying the contents in Manually then what is the use of this CMS/App? What we can devlop by using this?
SlickPHP is not a CMS. It’s a starter kit which can used to jump start any application development.
Author did a great job with the code. The home page could look better yes, but this is meant to be a jump start for web dev. You can easily make a new home page yourself and save as a template.

which modules will be implemented in the future? how do you change the home contents ?
At this moment we are working on social integration, paypal payment system and dynamic plugins generator.
We are not provided any options to change the the homepage dynamically if you wanted the change the home page than you need to change template/default/index.html file manually, All template file are html file.
