I have a problem with importing and exporting locations. After exporting the CSV file, there is no latitude and altitude field for the location. Also in the sample file that can be downloaded in the plugin panel there are no fields with these values. The result is that I cannot prepare a collective file with all the locations I want to add.

Thank you for your inquiry, before performing an import, you need to create a Google Geocoding key by following steps here (different from Google API key) and save it at admin settings page, you can follow the troubleshooting guide available in this knowledge base article here https://superstorefinder.net/support/knowledgebase/nothing-happens-when-i-click-import-and-geocode/
You can actually test your Google Geocoding key in the article above to see if they return the address from Google or not from the article link above before saving it at admin settings page.
After you test your geocoding key and it doesn’t return REQUEST_DENIED, you can continue to save it at admin settings page and continue to import your CSV file. You should get the lat and long values now.

I changed and ad 20 km and 500 km.radio buttons, they are showed and also 500 km radio button is selected only it is showing 100 km radius instead 500 km Till i click 100 km and go back to 500 km then its showing 500 km radius
I edited also the super-store-finder-mobile.js
to if(geo_settings==1){ gmap_location_lookup(geoip_city()+’, ‘+geoip_country_name(),’500’,’‘); } else { gmap_location_lookup(default_location,’500’,’‘); }
But its still not showing as the first radius

hi i saw working demo and thought this comes with database of stores. I installed and it looks like empty box. i dont want this so either please refund and I am sorry or share store database , You can send me your demo database if that helps or advise who has it .
The demo data are not included, features are listed in the item description page, those data were entered by the public years ago before data entry is currently disabled and currently served as demo purposes only. There are some demo data at the admin import page (sample CSV file) which can be imported, you may need to create Google Geocoding Key before import, more info available in this knowledge base article here.
In Feature, you stated that there is a contact form that pops up, when a user wants to contact the store. But in the demo, all I can see is email being displayed on contact button hover. How come?

Hello, I would like to know, is it possible to create two different store locator instances ? and how would it be managed in the backend/dashboard of the script?
My client wants two different pages, one to show a list of local hardware installers and then another different page to show a list of local distributors. So we would need 2 map instances.

Yes, you should be able to enter those places as long as they have addresses or coordinates (latitude/longitude)
I recommend you add option to let users flag locations to notify admin of incorrect or outdated location information. This should be a standard feature for any location directory, especially one that allows “add a location”. How else is the admin/webmaster supposed to have any level of quality control for crowdsourced data other than user contribution, including flagging bad info on locations.

Thanks for reaching out, it could be the publishing site may require your host content to be in https. If it’s already https, you may need to check with your web administrator to ensure to paste the embed code in HTML editor or Code Editor, more info available at this reference link here.
If it still fails, try to disable the WP Theme (restore to default) and all plugins, then refresh the page, then try to enable the theme and plugins one by one to see which one might cause the conflict.
You may also need to check with your hosting provider, if there’s any firewall or permission that might block the embed from your server to the publishing site.

The street view is coming from Google directly, you should be able to see address / location with Street View enabled from Google.
is there something in the standalone version that needs to sync with the site for a simple iframe acceptance? seems this is the only one giving the problem. Also, is there a way to disable the address data entry and not make it mandatory to request new store from a user?
the script is refusing to connect what needs to be adjusted to allow any and all iframe, it has to be some code bro where and what is it?
