keith
Hello,
It should be:
facebookShareDescription: '<a href="http://www.some_domain.com">Link Name</a>',
Okay so I purchased this player and love it so far. Only one problem, I have everything set up as it should be and server is able to handle html5 mp3 players as I have done it before on same server, but now that I have everything set up, I go to play it and nothing happens
Hello,
Please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro the link where you have the player, to take a look

Hello, How can I fix the playlist box is under, which is under layer of any thing goes after it? (I think something is related to z-index, but I don’t know how to fix it) please help!
Thanks
Hello,
In the audio2_html5.css file, you can can set a z-index for this class .thumbsHolderWrapper. Please make sure you are targeting the skin you are using

Hello, I might be intrested inyour player,my question is, your demo pageof the player http://www.audioplayerhtml5.com/pro/index_withplaylist_blackControllers.html
It shows all tracks, then when oneclocks on categories it shows the categories. Is it possible via options to show instead of tracks the categories listing when player loads ?
Hello,
This option is not available. If this is a must, we can do a custom script modification. Please send me an email on office@lambertgroup.ro
Regards
hello, Is their a way to order the categories ? Also can theplayerxml play lists ?
Hello,
The categories are alphabetically order. If you want a special order you can put number in front of each category. Ex: 1. Category Name; 2. New Category Name
It doesn’t support XML files, the playlist is generated by a HTML ul list

Does the Pro version have continuous playback. The initial screen on CodeCanyon is a bit confusing as to whether the Pro or the Chameleon has the continuous playback feature.
Thanks,,
Grant
Hello,
Only Chameleon Player has continuous playback feature. PRO version doesn’t have it
Regards
Thanks for the reply. Do you have plans to include the continuous playback feature for the Pro Version. The Pro looks great and it would be nice to have the playback feature. Thanks for your consideration
Hello,
We don’t have this in plan

These guys are awesome! ‘m not that familiar with all that coding (more grafix & music for me..) when i had problems they allways nailed it with the right info!
OK this player works perfectly! Only 2 minor point, when I try it on iPhone or Android phone…
The scrollbar of the tune doesn’t seem to load & it doesn’t scroll through the tune. (maybe a function on the “next & previous” button => hold to scroll, would be a nice addition)
The scrollbar of the list doesn’t seem to work on mobile devices It’s OK because the “next & previous” button work but it would be nice to have it all work properly.
For the rest I must say I realy enjoy this player!
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
On mobile devices you need to click on the scrollbar to the position you want to get. You don’t drag it. So if you want to go to the middle of the playlist, you click on the middle of the playlist (but of course on the scrollbar area)
Regards
My thoughts exactly, but unfortunately it restarts the track. I think it’s because it doesn’t load properly so it doesn’t recognize the progression of the played content.
In other words: I get the playback, I hear audio. But I don’t get a visual reference of the progression in the scrollbar.
I experience this with the demo version.
Ps: there is no length limit I hope?
For me this problem doesn’t appear. I’ve tested on an iPad with IOS 7.1.1
Regards
I used an android device (galaxy s4) and it doesn’t do the trick. I blame the mobile internet connection.
Besides this little issue it works superb! Great job!
Hey, Have just bought it, but there is a prob, when I go to player it plays for me, but for 50% others doesn’t. Any ideas?
Hello,

P.S. Friend said IE working, mozilla not.
Hello,
Maybe your server is not transmitting the correct MIME TYPE.
Please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro the link where you have the player, to take a look

I set the player width to 200px and was expecting it to be responsive and shift controls down vertically but it did not. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello,
The minimum mobile device width is 320px. The player is designed to go until 270px.
Under 385px the player hides the volume bar. We’ve noticed that upon initialization, it doesn’t hide that volume slider but only on the resize event. We’ll fix this and update the product
If you need a player that small, you can set display:none in the css file for the buttons that are still appearing.
Please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro a temporary user & pass to your wp-admin, and I’ll make the modification for you.
Regards
do I need to host it first and how do I edit it….
Hello,
To implement it in your website, please check the 4 steps tutorial you’ll find in help documentation, ‘HTML/JS code for implementation’ section.
To edit (add/delete/modify) the playlist, please check help documentation, ‘Playlist & Categories’ section
