1️⃣ No Own Gateway in Checkout: When we integrate via API, our own brand gateway is not visible on the checkout page. Instead, only the existing gateways are shown. This creates a serious problem — customers see other gateways but cannot pay directly with our brand wallet.
2️⃣ No Proper Transaction History/Receipt: If a user sends or receives money, there is no proper record, receipt, or downloadable proof of the transaction. For any wallet/payment system, this is a critical feature.
3️⃣ Missing Strowallet Virtual Card Integration: Many users (including us) need Strowallet Virtual Card API. Instead of adding it as a core feature, you keep saying it requires separate customization. Features that are critical and requested by many buyers should be included in the main script — not charged extra.
These are not optional extras, they are basic core features for any payment/wallet script. If you compare with other CodeCanyon products, you will see these features are always included. We strongly recommend you add them in the next update.Thank you.

I contacted the author regarding Strowallet Virtual Card API, which is a very important feature for many of us (especially in countries where Stripe and other gateways are not available). Instead of understanding the customer’s real needs, they asked me for $400 extra just to add this single integration — on top of the script price!
This is not fair at all. Such a feature should be included in the core script, because without Strowallet, many customers cannot even use the system properly. Asking every single buyer for hundreds of dollars in “customization” is not customer-friendly at all.
