Hello – I’m trying to use WooCommerce with ModuloBox and it looks like ModuloBox only overrides the featured product image lightbox, so only the 1 featured product image displays in a lightbox and the lightbox slider does not include the product gallery images. Is there a way to configure Modulo so all product images are used, including gallery images?

Just a quick question regarding the plugin as I want to double check it won’t require a complete restructure of products before we use it. We have around 1000 products on the Woo-commerce site and we want to use the plugin for all of those products.
Will we need to add a unique short-code to each product or can we use a generic one that will take the Featured image, the gallery and display them in the light-box?

Hello, pre-purchase question. We are using the following plugin: The Grid We have multiple posts on the same page. When we click on the featured image of a post, a lightbox will show up with an image gallery.
Current situation: We have 2 posts with both 3 images. When the lightbox is active we see image 1/6
Desired situation: If we click on a post/image, Lightbox will be activated but shows only the images from that post. Image 1/3
Is this possible?

Unfortunately, ModuloBox will work in the same way it currently works with The Grid lightbox. it’s not possible to change this behaviour.

It will depend of the gallery/grid plugin you are using with ModuloBox. Some plugin have title and no subtitle. If your plugin can display subtitle in lightbox then it will be possible. Not a lot of plugin allow a such thing.

In your documentation it says “And the subtitle will correspond to the description set for each media in your gallery”. That also depends on the gallery plugin I use ?. Can you recommend a plugin that has this option? I use the grid but I can not configure the subtitle.

Yes, if you use the WordPress Gallery shortcode or Gutenberg block it will show image title and caption.
Elementor is much needed. This is the only good photo plugin out there and Elementor is a great builder.

In my case, I didn’t add any captions on the images uploaded to wordpress, so I want the lightbox display the image title. I am not using any gallary plugins, just wordpress native media gallary. I want to confirm if it’s possible to let the modulobox lightbox show caption. Hope that makes sense.

ModuloBox is compatible with WordPress single image and Gallery shortcode. It is also compatible with several gallery/grid plugins mentioned in the product description page. Depending of which gallery/grid you are using with ModuloBox the behaviour of the caption may change.
If you use WordPress single image, ModuloBox will automatically fetch captions you have set in your gallery.

I see, so the lightbox will not fetch image title, but only the caption. If the caption is not available, then the lightbox will not display text. Thanks for the clarification.
Hi, has this plugin been tested with the Generatepreess theme recently? Anything above Generatepress 1.4 (it’s now on v2.2), the lightbox doesn’t pop up – it directs straight to the media file. The thumbnails are still sized ok, and the zoom effect is there, just not the lightbox part. Many thanks.

Hi, turns out it was a jQuery enqueue issue. Adding a snippet to functions.php to force enqueuing of jQuery fixed the problem. Great plugin though. Thanks also for the super speedy support.

I have very high res images to display (4000px wide) in the lightboox. Is the zoom function able to display a 100% view of the picture (which can be scroll with the “hand” ? On the demo, the pictures don’t seem to be displayed at 100%.
