Is this going to use Stripe’s js popup window or will it all happen seamlessly while never leaving or popping windows on my mailwizz website?
Yup, the user will stay on site while payment is processed, no popup.

Need some guide, Situation : There are 3 plan 1 free, 1 monthly premium, 1 trial premium. After register, customer will be assign to trial premium plan, let’s say 14 days, after that, customer will be transfer to a free plan.
I want the trial premium plan to be shown in only if the customer is in that plan. Reason, I don’t want the customer to purchase the trial premium after 14days, only have paid premium plan. Is this possible?

Is there any documentation? It seems easy, just upload the extension, enter stripe’s key, and set as live, no need to create subscription plan in stripe? Only on mailwizz?

Keep in mind that price plans are just payment gateways to customer groups, so basically when you buy a price plan, you actually buy your way into a customer group.

ok, great, thank alot, now i understand the “time value” mean, please bare with me, still have some questions, 1) what happen if chosen “do nothing” after quota reached ? can’t send emails for that month? if the current plan is 3 months subscription, the quota mean the emails for a month or 3 months? 2) After the 1st month trial, will be moved to the paid plan, either monthly or 3 months , then will automatically charged right? which mean they would need to accept payment during the free trial even though it’s free? TQ

1. If you select “do nothing” and the quota is reached, the customer simply cannot send anymore, that’s it, he’s stuck there.
2. Now that i read this through, he will be moved in the other customer group as suggested, but won’t be automatically charged, so i guess you have to change the logic a bit, such as: When a customer registers, put him in the 1Month Free group and put a message for him to know that if he needs more, he has to signup for a higher plan(you can do this from the app). When he will try to buy a higher plan, he will be charged by stripe and the subscription process will start. One more thing to note is that in this case, we force the subscriptions to be on a monthly basis, so 3 months won’t work, sorry for the confusion.

1 question, It would be possible to rename the application’s label at the time of payment, that says Payment for Subscription … or something like this

At the moment, the only way you can do this, is from the extension files, that is, from: /apps/extensions/payment-gateway-stripe-subscriptions/customer/views/payment-form.php
If you think it’s too complicated, please let me know and i will add that in the settings area of the extension so it will be easier
