I’m glad that now is working but I’m not sure what you trying to say. Into the last update, we just add the fully compatible with VC 4.6 released on 11th July (being a major update for them). We didn’t touch any other functionality or options. We can share with you the lines of code changed, for a better understandable. The Logos plugin fits the logos, no needs to be the same size. You can see how it works on our demo where the logos have different sizes. Still, if you can set images with the same ratio, it will be perfect.

Your ticket id is: 254657. No, we didn’t work on your station. As the last response says, your theme as an old and modified carousel that is active in all page. That make the slider settings to be overwritten and not work properly. We are not able to make changes into the theme from our side.

Hey.. I added up to 12 columns by myself. All you have to to is change the array for this setting and add some comma separated numbers. Maybe it is a js conflict. Will test another theme later

You submitted a ticket with less than 15 mins before the comment. The item come with a Documentation attached and before being frustrated be sure that you have an original and up to date VC version bought. Using an unofficial one or a custom version is not guaranteed for a proper work.

We didn’t tested with that theme but should not be any compatibility issue. Even if the theme has his own Clients section, you can customize the plugin to work beside this.

Is not clear for me from your screenshot ‘cause it doesn’t include all the data but be sure that you have active the “AutoPlay” option ‘cause without autoplay active and without navigation option you will not be able to see and get the next slides and the first slide it will stay there forever.

I’m not sure if I’ve “guess” your situation or not. But if is still not working, please, get in touch with the support team where you can provide all the necessary details and credentials..they are much faster than me.

I don’t know if is the same Showcase ‘cause on the website, the bullets and buttons are disabled and into the screenshot with settings are checked. Also, be sure that any plugin cache doesn’t create confusion.

Be sure that you have the AutoPlay activated on the displayed Showcase. If still you can not handle it, provide some temporary credentials to the support team and they we take a look.

I bought the plugin, but I don’t see how to make the slider loop. I do see it will slide back to the beginning, but I don’t see where it endlessly loops. I would like the first slide to repeat after the last slide, constantly cycling.
