Hi,

I’m using the Ken Burns effect. Is it possible to have the images fade between each other rather than slide?

Thanks.

Hello,

For the moment, no. It will be available at the beginning of the next year.

Regards

First: Thank you for your work, looks great!

The bottomNav is default on the bottom. How can I move the Nav to the top? I wand to display the Nav inside the Image on the top left.

It hat posible? Thanks.

Hello,

You have this JS parameter ‘thumbsWrapperMarginBottom’. You can set a negative value.

Please check help documentation, ‘JS Options’ section, to see all available parameters.

Hello,

Could you please tell me if there is a problem?

Regards

Dear LambertGroup. I purchased your product today and everything works ok except huge white border on the left side of the screen and scroll bars at the right side and down side of my browser. Is that a common issue? Do you have any solution to that? Can you help me please?

Thanks.

No, I got that. Everything is as it was instructed

Hello,

Please send me an email on office@lambertgroup.ro so we can exchange scripts in a better manner

Problem solved. Thank you for your support. This product works great.

Is it possible to have when you come to the last image it will load the first image rather then go back to the beginning?

Hello,

The slider needs to go at the beginning when it reaches the last image

Regards

Hi I am comparing and thought of buying this, but noticed lazy loading is not available. Will you be including this function?

Hello,

I’m sorry, this option is not available

Regards

Hello, can tell me how to make the images have a “lazy load” feature instead of loading them all at the start? Since it keeps crashing the ipad3 safari browser if I use more than about 12 pictures.

Thanks

Hello,

I’m sorry, “lazy load” feature is not available.

Hello,

Is the ie10 update already available in the current download? Does it include instructions for updating to new version?

Thanks.

Hello,

Yes, update is available.

To update, download from your account the latest version and just overwrite the .js file

Regards

I just purchased this, It looks really great. One small problem… it doesn’t seem to find the skin. I can’t see the next/prev buttons or the border… or the shadow etc.

regards

Hello,

1. You didn’t upload on your server, the ‘skins’ folder or the path to it is not correct.

2. A server is case sensitive. Maybe the images were converted to lowercase.

Regards

good it works! thanks a lot

hi to remove the zoom as I do? thank you very much

Hello,

Please check help documentation, ‘How To Disable Ken Burns Effect’ section

Regards

Also, does this require jquery UI?

Yes it requires, because IE doesn’t use CSS3

Regards

Does this use CSS hardware acceleration for animations?

Is there any way to move the slides up & down?

thx!

Hello,

This is not related with the slider but with your website.

You can include the slider in a div and set for this div margin-top

Hi,

Can we pass on the image info and other parameters through xml?

Thanks…

Hello,

You don’t need XML files. All is done using HTML code

Regards

Hi,

I would like to pass on data from xml file, is it possible ?

Great job on this, well worth the money to save myself putting together all of that code! Thanks!! :)

Thank you.

Is there any chance this can work on wordpress.com site/blog?

Thanks

Hello,

We have the WordPress plugin for this product: http://codecanyon.net/item/responsive-ken-burns-slider-wordpress-plugin/2950062

Is this slider available for magento platform?

Hello,

It’s not a Magento extension, but can be inserted in any website.

Please send me an email on office@lambertgroup.ro and I’ll reply you the help documentation, including the 4 steps tutorial for implementation.

Regards

Can I add an event whenever the image changes? I want to change some text (using javascript) outside of the div whenever the image is scrolled.

Hello,

The slider can’t be controlled from outside.

Regards

Hello, I just purchased your product, which is really great and fast to put it at work. I’m a newbie, so I have some issues, probably due to my ignorance.

I’m using the opportune fixed dimensions, and the slideshow it is not centered. How can I achieve that?

I also would like to have to shadow that is in the preview, but that doesn’t show up…is it in the CSS or is it just an image that you added but it’s not included in the package?

Thank you a lot for your time.

Hello,

To center the slider, is a problem related to your website. You need to insert the slider in a div which is horizontally centered. Please check this tutorial: http://bluerobot.com/web/css/center1.html

The backgrounds we’ve used can be found in the main .zip you’ve downloaded, in ‘__PSD\backgrounds\’. The divv which contains the slider will have a css background definition. Please check this tutorial: http://learn.shayhowe.com/html-css/backgrounds-gradients

If you need additional help, please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro the link where you have the slider so I could take a look.

Regards

Thanks for the quick reply. The links should definitely help me now, even though I was using the .html and the .css from the downloaded package, thinking that they were already auto-centered.

5 stars anyway…simply beautiful

Found the solution. Thanks again for the quick help!

Have a great day.
