Hi Friend, one question: I have various fields including a dropdown menu with 20 options. Is it possible to associate a column on a google sheet for each option?

Can I make it so to have a button on a single Listing website and have necessary fields mapped from the single listing all ACF Advanced custom Fields and Custom Taxonomies and Custom Post Types info and Meta data mapped into a form from the listing, so I can click the button on a single listing and populate all the fields into the Google Excel sheets.

Example in Australia every car a Car Dealer puts a car in the car yard for sale, all cars must be recorded for the Police Book records. Having a simple button to click after making the listing would be a super easy way to generate all the Data needed

Sounds like data Gravity forms updates a google sheet. Can it work in the other direction. I have a pricing table in google sheets. If I change a price, can it update a form field in Gravity Forms?

As the plugin developer does this use your specific API with Google ? Are you able to see any of the data in our Google Sheets ?

no, your account api is used so data is secure & sent from your site to your google sheet. There is no 3rd party involvement.

1. Yes you can send Entry ID 2. It only adds data to sheet if Form is submitted successfully.

Hey! But… what happens if something fails and it doesn’t submit successfuly? Do we get an email or something with a notification of the failure? It is just so that in case something goes wrong we know about it to check what happened. Thanks!

This can be done using some custom code. You can add hidden fields which is populated with current month using custom code. Then you can use conditions in feed to trigger it only if month = “jan”, so you can create feed for each month.

Can I map mutilple form fields to the same sheet column? My form has conditional logic and only 1 of 10 fields is used everytime someone submits a form, so I don’t want to have 10 columns but only 1. Also, does it support waiting until PAYPAL payment is made in order to add the data?

2. Yes, it supports waiting untill paypal payment is confirmed.

Sync entries not working properly: Entries are syncing to clank columns starting from the last column and each row is syncing to different blank columns.

I would like to ask. Is it possible to send form submission to different Google Sheet based on the selected value field?

Example, inside the form got Selected Field ‘A’ & ‘B’. What I want to achieve is if user select ‘A’, the result will save to ‘Sheet A’ while if user select ‘B’ the result will save to ‘Sheet B’.

You can add conditions to process feed only if set condition is true. So for each sheet you can add new google spreadsheet feed with condition.

I am trying to implement the plugin. I followed the steps. In the form settings, the spreadsheet appeared and I selected it, then I synced the entries with no luck.

You have to add headings to columns in your sheet & then map that headers with Form fields in Gravity Forms.

When you create project in google console, please make sure you select “Other” as Application type.
