Wow ! Another cool plugin. Why demo not work?
I have some question: I use Gravity View plugin. 1.Your plugin generate short-code? I need insert this short code on place for custom content. 2. I see new function: New in 3.0! File Upload and New in 3.0! Post-Image. How it’s work? I scan QR code and see image or download file? Normally i use upload file for upload image. Now if i scan QR code i can see image?

You can use any HTML Statement at the Confirmation Screen you Need.
I ask about screen that user see on smartfone after scan QR code. On this screen i see all frases with no spaces between. i need insert space on smartfone screen.
As you can see from the Demo this works. Maybe there is a Problem with the CSS of the theme.

On: http://gravity-qr.com/demos/qr-code-confirmation/ i use iPhone scanner for QR code and see link, but impossible see Name ( first / last ) Example of QR code that i generate. http://lesnic.com/file/qrcode_27492-4.png on this QR code i insert 3 Fields. If you scan this code, you can see this words, (opsnioertetewt) but no space between. This is my problem, i need insert space and br between fields.Can you help me?

You can try to add a hidden field with BR or nbsp
